Hi y'all

I'm doing a 10k at Aintree on Sunday for a good cause, trying to raise money and awareness for my niece Lucy who has Autism Spectrum Disorder.

So far I've raised over £200 and I know obviously has shed loads of things to spend their money on, but i wouldn't be doing my job as a promoter if I didn't at least throw my Just Giving page out there just in case someone would like to donate to a great cause.
