Do feel for Spurs, through the whole Leicester fairytale. They've played some superb stuff this season, easily the most pleasing on the eye, also one goal short of scoring the most and conceding the least.

I wish they'd done it. They won't get an opportunity like this for a long time.

Not so sure, if they keep Pochettino I think they're only going to get stronger. Can see them competing for the title again next season to be honest.

Nah, I don't. Maybe that's just because they're not a 'usual challenging' club, but I expect Spurs and Leicester to fall away next year. Don't even fancy Spurs for top 4

I agree on Leicester, but Spurs are a team on the up imo. The new managers at Chelsea and Man City might take awhile to implement their ideas, Wenger is nothing to worry about with regards to the title, United are a mess. Pochettino has a settled side full of young, hungry players and will probably add one or two players to improve them over the summer.

I don't see Spurs going backwards next season, the real question is how much everyone else will improve, which you have to expect will happen.

Fuck, I thought no St Totts could be funnier than the one when we were 10 points behind in February, but their bestest team ever finishing below our shittest bunch of bottlers yet would be amazing. PLEASE happen.

so out of the big four clubs of the mid noughties onwards (chelsea, arsenal, united, liverpool), unless i'm very wrong arsenal are the only one to finish top four every season? probably the only one to finish top four this season at least. i know a lot of arsenal fans seem to disapprove of wenger's mentality but his steady approach has worked for them

If Newcastle have something to fight for on the final day I wouldn't be surprised at all if they beat Spurs.

For a neutral whatever happens here will be funny, although Spurs losing out on the final day again would be the winner for me. Villa for Arsenal is a banker, but Newcastle could be fighting for the possibility of staying up. It's rare I want Everton to win, but I'd love them to take the 3 points on Wednesday, just to make the final day more interesting.

I'm a big fan of St Totteringhams despite not supporting either side but I think Spurs will get a draw against Newcastle.

Christ, how have Spurs managed to fuck this up? It was literally on a plate yet somehow they have allowed Arse to finish above them. Again. 2 points from 12.

You almost have to believe it's fate regardless of what happens.
