Walcott was poor, but then he's the type of player that's really only going to be as good as the service up to him which was poor.

Ox can't play in the middle. His distribution is ropey at best and he slowed down too many attacks trying to figure out which pass was the best. Hopefully this new player is handy because if Ozil isn't back then Ramsey is going to have to be moved to number 10.

I think the result was fair in the end and a draw sends us back to the top, although our grip on that top spot is about as precarious as it can be.

That subs bench looked so weak. No options for Wenger to change the game.

Would have won that with Sanchez and Özil. Walcott nowhere near good enough today, Iwobi looked better than him in his little cameo. Needs to start earning his paycheck. Obviously Ox is also some way off Özil, I would have rather seen Ramsey pushed forward today but we didn't have any other options to sit in the midfield 2. Defended well though and a point is more than most get here.

I think the problem we have at the moment is that we lose the ball unnecessarily so often with Flamini/Ox/Ramsey/Walcott on the pitch, they really aren't great passers. Neither is Sanchez, to be fair, but at least him and Ramsey are worth the risk. Elneny is meant to be a decent passer so looking forward to seeing what he can do, because we desperately missed Özil/Cazorla today.

Perhaps those extra bones that constitute a sixth finger cause individuals from Stoke to have less compassion for people who suffer the misfortune of a broken bone?

Stoke fans pantomime boo Ramsey a highly paid footballer who has fully recovered from a broken leg,

Arsenal fans sing disgusting, racist, hate filled shite at Adebayor a footballer who dared leave them for another club.

Yet we're the 6 fingered inbreds?

This logic is often typical of a sanctamonious, hypocritical, piss your pants over everything Arsenal fan.....

Not aiming it at you per se I know you're not an Arsenal fan, just saying that there's a bizarre logic when Arsenal fans who sang such filth at Adebayor get all pissy when Ramsey gets booed.

Pantomime, and when he goes home to his mansion and checks his bank balance doubt he gives it even a 2nd thought...

Good result in the end, got a point from a fixture where our "competitors" bottled it and lost.

Chelsea at home next, a real test for us.

The lack of self awareness you possess actually makes me frightened to bring young people in to the world.

You, my good spinless friend Silkyman are the world leader in moral outrage.

Because we're going to lose anyway? Why rest players against Chelsea?

More likely to be another draw for us.

At least Silkyman actually contributes to the forum. It's not clear what value you add to the board yet, since apparently your entire existence is just to stalk another poster. I suggest you take a look at yourself before calling others "pathetic", especially when the targets of your abuse are more interesting/thoughtful people than you are yourself.

Well you didn't lose so I doubt he meant you. Likely Liverpool as they're the team over the last 4 or 5 years that are always tipped to battle Arsenal for 4th and they lost of course.

Good point at a good Stoke side, particularly given that we were missing two of the best players in the league and our starting midfield. I don't think Oxlade-Chamberlain in the Özil role was the best option. Joel Campbell is surely ahead of him in the pecking order now? Maybe Walcott, too. It will be interesting to see this unfold as Alexis, Rosicky, Welbeck, and Wilshere (?) return.

Iwobi looks very composed on the ball for his age. The weight and timing of his passes are both impressive. A loan move next season ala Wilshere at Bolton seems like it is for the best.
