Deserved win from Sunderland, Allardyce had no choice but to go for it in the 2nd half their attacking players come good. Defoe has had a superb season.

Sunderland fought a lot, really deserved win. They got good turn outs during the match elapse and didn't give up any time even Chelsea getting the lead for two times. And Chelsea seemed out of reaction after Terry's red card. Now just one more victory to Sunderland escaping the relegation definitely and it looks very possible considering the phases their next adversaries (Everton, Watford) are.

Great comeback by all accounts and a hell of a time to do it; is Big Sam going to get Sunderland out of this by the skin of his teeth?

Have to say it through gritted teeth, but fair play Allardyce. Was never sure if he'd ever find it in himself to attack enough to win Sunderland the required points, but he's got there.

Sunderland's record at these escapes is crazy.
