In all honesty as I get older the less I take getting beat to heart and the more I get that it's really only a game and there are far more important things to worry about.

I have almost never taken losing to heart (with one notable exception), I can leave that to the Man Utd and Liverpools of this world. We are doing OK at the moment, but at this level things change very quickly. I will chat anyone in a pub, wherever it is, if they are not too one eyed.
