I wondered where all these extra Hartlepool fans had suddenly come from.

Didn't have to look far.

I like to read other club's boards from time to time because sometimes our board only gives one narrow perspective on upcoming or previous matches... and usually opposing fans are better at noticing our strengths, whereas our own boards are full of meltdown.

Well at least your reading the right board & not the shit bunker.
I usually read our next opponents board,but pop,on yours fairly regular as a lot do seem on the verge of a breakdown.

We weren't... HG's comment which sparked all this was clearly no offence intended. It certainly wasn't nasty. He just happened to use a word Glass didn't think should be used on this forum. Glass pointed that out and then you, Richo and this new fella went on the warpath.

I use that word regularly in life when it's "banter", maybe it doesn't come across well in text form. I dunno.

That's mostly to do with the pisstakeover we're currently embroiled in, actually something too worrying to joke about... we also have a pretty active footymad board, but that's just pure wummery.

You can actually use the 689 all the way , a bit twisty and about 30 miles longer but it drops you at the M6 right near the Carlisle turn off
