Semantics dear boy. The three (now two) who were there before had no power to stop the club going into admin., the McGinty estate put us there and Kris Machala did nothing to stop it.

Fair enough, your opinion. But from my experience on a number of boards, every director has some power (and certainly more than the paying punters) and they ALWAYS have choices.
But that is old ground as far as the club is concerned.......

Oh I agree, but with Kris holding 53% and the McGinty estate a preferred creditor, what would they gain? Like you said though, old ground.
