The best band never to have made it "Big"

Liking the types of music that I do (Punk etc), I think there are/were loads of really talented musicians and bands that in a different world would have got the recognition and plaudits that their talent deserved. However, for me there is one stand out band that without doubt could, and should, have gone on to be absolutely massive.

Cited by bands such as Guns N Roses as being a huge influence on their music, they were widely recognised in the music world as a band that could get to the very top, but sadly, like many others I'm sure, it just didn't happen in the end.

A brilliant live act, I've added a recording of one of their shows below, and for those who prefer the more polished feel of a studio recording I've also added a couple of their more well known tracks.

I would be interested to hear of other peoples opinions on other bands that had the potential but didn't make it, but for now I give you HANOI ROCKS!

PsychoBilly band pretty grim should have gone on to great things but the arse fell out of that scene . Tragic roundabout were one of the best festie bands around but never got anywhere and great but inexplicably obscure punk Heroes , sick on the bus ( it might just be me that thinks they're great )
