Don't worry about Sutton, they'll be having a run of poor "form" soon enough.

Could definitely see Doswell being appointed in an "advisory" role as well, seeing as he's got nothing to do for the rest of the season.

So after harrogate (who we’ve lost both times to this season) and barrow (who we’ve also lost twice to this season) can you stop sending mystery sides up and send up a brother (not notts county or chesterfield) thanks.

Surely you’ll be doing so sooner or later with your swanky owners?

Yeah I think Wrexham will piss it next year which is why it’s even more annoying that we’re gonna be down there with them with the only realistic target for us of getting a home play off leg.

The only thing Wrexham will piss next year is their pants. Failure is coded into their DNA, same as us, HAHAHAHartlepool, Stockport, Chester, Darlington, Hereford, Torquay, York (sorry if I've missed anyone out. You can't change your DNA. :ds:

That is true
...but....I was shocked to see how little Halifax have won in your history. I think the reformed club has actually got more Honours than the original Halifax. Its shocking. How did you manage to be quite so inept? You make the rest of us look like Real Madrid.

Next season will be our season I am sure. However this season might end up being very successful even though we have quite an average team . Despite our limitations our competitors are not much better.10 home and only 6 away games before the play offs

There's no chance we go to somewhere like Hartlepool and get anything better than a 0-0. If we go up it'll be on penalty shootouts.

I'm confused by your reference to an original club but sure, 2 promotions and a West Riding Cup (ok, you won the Welsh County cup one or 2 times, but you weren't in a group of 4 that included Leeds United and the first club to win the League 3 years running) until recent times is fairly unimpressive, if success is what impresses you. We were always more focused on unremitting failure, and despite relentless and intense pressure from yourselves and the other bottom feeders, i think we just about edged you all out. To this day our name is a byword for absolute shite. We're very proud of that. And before I got too snitty I'd try to remember that there's a reason why we are still high among Wrexham's most frequent opponents of all time. Brother. :ds:

Didn’t the fans of one of them let their club die too?

Try going off the fact that the FA made the distinction between a reformed club and a new club, and deemed a reformed club was one and the same club it had always been, in future. You that know anybody can set up or edit a Wikipedia page, right? :bdick:

I think the FA set up both pages. Apparently there has been some disinformation going around.

BTW, I came across some stats for our club on twitter, comparing our last 6 seasons in the Conference Premier before going bust and the first 6 Conference Premier seasons afterward. They were almost identical. We had 7 more points afterwards but we'd played 7 more games, scored 4 more goals and conceded 9 less and the average final placing moved up from 12.5 to 12.

You can't change your DNA. :ds:

Say chaps, are we into the 'let them beat us for the sake of the brotherhood' stage yet? I'm asking because I see there's a couple tasty brotherhood clashes coming right up - Wrexham v Chesterfield and Torquay v Notts.

PS - GTFCfish, can you please update the table like asap? Ta.

Some of us already give goalscoring strikers to Brothers to help them go top of the table

Are we going to be docking points from Chesterfield at the start of next season (assuming the stay down) due to their total lack of respect to the furlough scheme?

Don't forget the covid vaccination "scandal"!

Are you one of those people who ring up and complain because there was a naughty word on TV before 9pm by any chance?

No mate, I just think taking advantage of a scheme that has been put in place to keep businesses afloat and employees paid during a pandemic is scummy, and you're just as bad for defending it, you scumbag.
