I fear things might have taken a swift turn for the worse with me and Chief.
Wrexham fans on here are like Sicilians, one minute they're quaffing wine in the sun with you, next minute they're coming at you with a knife, cuz......well fuck knows what you did..... :dk: :bdick:

So after harrogate (who we’ve lost both times to this season) and barrow (who we’ve also lost twice to this season) can you stop sending mystery sides up and send up a brother (not notts county or chesterfield) thanks.

Surely you’ll be doing so sooner or later with your swanky owners?
Don't worry about Harrogate, they'll be back in regional football before you can say, "a buttered scone and a pot of tea please, Betty". :ds: :£

You have to accept your role as National League Baddies.

You are the Boreham Wood of 2020/2021
What more do you expect from a team whose name begins with 'Chester'?

We all are. No proper football club deserves that.
Fingers crossed we all get out and seeing the words 'Boreham' and 'wood' in that order just feels like a distant nightmare!

To be honest I didn't realise that anything about non league was a mystery to Mansfield.

I prefer remembering it to being in it

Maybe one season you might win it with 95 points, win 12 in a row etc etc.

Can Aldershot be in both division 2 and division 3 of Vanni's proposed new brotherhood league then., having fallen out of the league twice, in 1992 and 2013, and being a reformed club too?

We’re not allowed in their rotten old brotherhood league. Don’t matter, we’ve always been in a league of our own.

It's not their Brotherhood, it's MINE. I am the founder and sole administrator. If you were in the Football League in 1986, whatever you called yourself, you are in the Brotherhood. Membership is for all time, NO new members may be admitted. :ds:

What's this all about then? I take it we're invited for 2021/22. Is there tiers of this league, like phoenix newcomers (Aldershot, Halifax, Maidstone etc) ex-league but nobody can remember (Southport, Bradford Park Avenue)

Your invitation may or may not arrive. The somewhat arcane (and variable) rules have been written exclusively by Mr. BT2F.

Latest update for all members.

Permutations

Pools will be crowned champions as long as Torquay get less than 4 points from their two remaining brotherhood clashes.

Torquay will be crowned champions if Pools lose to Sutton (3 point deduction) and The Gulls get at least a point from their two games. Or if they win both matches.

Tighter than a nun's chuff this.

Meanwhile Chesterfield are condemned to the wooden spoon award for the second time in 3 years.

Edit - points take into account Fish's calculations from the last update.

The rules haven't changed since day 1. The Brotherhood comprises the clubs (in whatever name they were known by) who were in the Football League at the end of 1985/86 season, the last season before automatic relegation out of the League kicked in. No member may leave the Brotherhood, no new members may be admitted. I am the sole founder and administrator, I alone make the rules, though there are some pretenders claiming to be involved in the process. The rules are as stated, no explanation is required and nor will one be provided. :ds:

Yep we look forward to welcoming them into the fold next year.

Could be 8 brothers in it next season. Absolute tragedy which pulls really hard on the heart strings.

Are we going to be docking points from Chesterfield at the start of next season (assuming the stay down) due to their total lack of respect to the furlough scheme?
Definitely.

2 bonus points awarded this morning at a meeting of the exec to our very family-minded Brother, Notts. This was as reward for beating The Evil last night.

They move up to 3rd, unfortunately can't win it but their endeavours have been noted ahead of the Brother of the year awards held in June.
