Bought a slice of Snowdonia black bomber, Cornish yarg, and hand-somethingorothered stilton today for Pater's Day. Will report back if he lets me cut a bit off.
Snowdonia do a lot of great cheese, my favourite one is the Green Thunder.
For my mum's birthday, I bought her a platter of cheeses, mostly contained different types of Snowdonia. One had horseradish in it, it was very tasty. It also had a local cheese called Just Jane, it's by far the best cheddar I've ever tasted.

Goats cheese and sheeps cheese can go fuck themselves (with two of their own fists) awful terrible stuff. Brie deserves a similar fate.
Good cheeses are made with cows milk, and are NEVER mild. That's just the way it is.
