Are progressively going to ride rough-shod over the football league and lower league clubs.

What we are seeing with the changes to the league cup and academy youth player sale regulations is only the beginning of what they are planning to do.

It is likely that in future they will not even have to have a vote to "legitimise" their decisions. Be warned: these people like Shaun Harvey (EFL chief executive) who wouldn't pass the fit-and-proper-persons test will do whatever they can to serve their own purposes and get fat off the proceeds of lower league fans.

We need the assistance of independent groups like supporters direct to stop these guys destroying the lower league club system we all avidly follow.

the whole vote was dropped on people with barely any notice. The entire process seems to have been set-up to force everybody into approving it.
