Just carrying on what was done over on TFF with the FA Cup fourth round weekend coming up and 6 (i think) League 1 teams still standing:

Bradford, Bristol City, Chesterfield, Preston, Rochdale and Sheff Utd

As i didn't start following CFC until just after the 97' semi-final, this is new territory for me, usually reaching the second round means a decent cup-run for us. Good luck all, hopefully it won't only be Preston/Sheff Utd in round 5.

Didn't get a ticket for Derby myself, in our end anyway ;), bur like you I missed the 97 and only started going around '99 so this is uncharted territory for me to speak. Really looking forward to a day out on the ale in Derby - will be a proper away day with 5,700+ going to it.

Not sure i'd fancy any of the League 1 clubs to get through bar Preston or Sheff U obviously but hopefully i'm wrong - sure Rochdale will see Stoke as there for the taking, as we will Derby.

I think Rochdale have a great chance of progressing. I actually fancy our chances at home too, confidence is good atm so you never know.

Shame the Chesterfield game isn't on TV, would of been a good game for the neutral.

Our season could be well and truly over after the preston game. Lose easily at spurs and lose this then thats it

Just watching West Ham - pretty crap at the moment - and with Big Sam's history for fielding weakened teams for cup games it may be worth a few quid on City for this one

Derby, like Chesterfield, play open, attacking football.

Not making any daft predictions or owt, but it should be quite a spectacle.

Either way it'll be another of those days when I leave the missus early in the morning saying 'See ya when I see ya'.

Yeah, our run is over here. Anything less than 5 from Chelsea will be an achievement.

I can't see us not scoring, and at the same time I can't see us winning, think it will go to a replay after ending 1-1 then we will lose 2-1 away

Pretty sure no-one on the draw prog had any idea it was a potential local Derby ( ;) ) when it was drawn... Wouldn't be surprised if they still hadn't any idea when picking the TV games.

Great effort from League 1 teams this year, 6 teams at this stage is good going.

Genuinely confident of our chances, absolutely flying at the minute and JET always loves a chance to show off for the cameras! Agree with others Rochdale have a good shout, reckon Chesterfield'll give Derby a good game as well.

For Bradford it will be an upset if they keep it below 3 or 4 tbh, and it's the cup so Sheff Utd are bound to win

I think WHU will implement the footballing equivalent to us of running up behind someone, pulling their pants down, and then running off giggling.

Which is fine by me. Bit of dosh earned and hopefully of no detriment to our league campaign.

Are WHAM or City going to win the cup........probably not, particularly as the "big boys" are still in it.

Will either manager be that bothered if they exit.....again probably not as they both have other priorities.

I think it will come down to individual players/teams and who wants it most on the day. Wouldn't surprise me if City have more fight, but WHAM will obviously have more quality.

We should lose, but a draw a distinct possibility I think.

Our 5700 tickets for Derby have gone. I think we'd have been able to sell 8000+ for this which is crazy really. There will be plenty in the home areas but should be pretty friendly I think. Especially if we don't win!

i would imagine it will be nearly full they get very good home crowds i think they got about 20000 against southport so with an extra 3500 away fans there id guess the crowd will be touching 30k

Shouldn't be far short, no. I'd have rather it have been a little more expensive as we'd have made more out of it. Unusual moan I suppose but the pricing has also added to demand at this end.

City One West Ham Three. They'll have too much for us up front.

Serious test of how good we actually are though so I'm looking forward to it.

A shame for those Spireites who didn't get a ticket. Bit of a calamity put them on general sale 2:30am early hours of Saturday when we'd sold about 4,500 of the 5,700. They were quickly taken off sale and never put on sale again. lot of p'd off Spireites having to choose between buying from wearederby.com in the other end or staying at home

not history between our clubs - fans of both sides seem to not mind the other.

No doubt this will happen again last game at the season at Sheffield United :/

Genuinely believe we have a good chance of getting a result against the Hammers if we turn up and play our game.

Definitely think we will score, just a case of how we hold up defensively, Flint vs Carroll especially will be a great match up, if we play as we can do then there's no reason we can't give West Ham a real run for their money.

Youve got 5700 tickets everyone who is a decent fan will have got one fuck anyone else that turns up once in a blue moon . And regarding the game against us you can have up to 5.5k easily enough for the fans what deserve tickets and easily enough anyway i would guess

Ours sold out extremely quick. Luckily I decided to buy a priority away ticket a few hours before they took them off sale so I was able to get mine no trouble. People queuing up over night in terrible conditions just to get there hands on tickets for this game is madness though, then again, when are we likely to play the eventual champions of the Premier League again in the next few years?

Looking forward to it, quietly confident of sneaking a draw.

I don't see us winning, as long as we give a good account of ourselves I'd be satisfied, anything else is a bonus.

Considering we've been absolute dross in cup competitions in recent years this season has been a boon, but our main priority as to be promotion.
