With so many forum games in the works/happening all the time, I thought we could do with one of these types of threads so we know what's coming up and can keep our games going in a nice, orderly fashion. Basically, I want it to be a thread where we can see what game is running, and who is running what in the future...
Basically, as an example of why I've made this thread... after NOTW, LR is going to be running Survivor, which you'd assume will be all up and ready to go pretty soon. We don't want to end up in a situation where NOTW ends, LR goes to say he's going Survivor, and then suddenly somebody else jumps in saying "HEY, PLAY MY NEW FORUM GAME!" just before him and he's got this game all ready to go and somebody has jumped in at the last second.
To give you an idea, we used to have a thread like this for NOTW games way back on TFF, where people could basically take slots so we had a nice order of who was running what.
I won't include continually running games like Sheep or whatever. The pattern I'd say we should aim for it to try and get it to go: NOTW, other game, NOTW, other game, and so on. Try and fit a NOTW in between the bigger games... unless we reach a point where no bigger games are planned and ready to go, obviously. Even if that does still happen, though, I'd suggest we at least give a week or two breaks between two NOTW games running back to back.
So yeah, we've even got a list for games in the making, if people want to tell people that they're planning something but aren't exactly ready to say when they want to run it.
So yes to this idea? If so, let me know in the thread when you want a slot and I'll try to keep this list updated. Also, should we do one for features as well, like the top 100 lists and what not?
