Your handy cut-out-and-keep guide to National League relegation:

Teams for whom immediate liquidation is strongly recommended:

Boreham Wood

Teams who are actively encouraged to apply for voluntary relegation:

A.F.C. Fylde
Dagenham & Redbridge Forest & Ilford & Leytonstone & Walthamstow Avenue
Eastleigh
Gateshead
Harrogate
Havant & Waterlooville
Maidenhead United (Theresa May clause)
Salford (priority case)
Solihull Motors

Teams for whom relegation is acceptable (and probably necessary):

A.F.C. Halifax
A.F.C. Maidstone
Aldershot
Barnet
Barrow
Braintree Town
Bromley
Dover Athletic
Gravesend & Northfleet
Sutton United

Teams whom have already been successfully encouraged to be punished for WHAT THEY DID:

Guiseley

Teams for whom relegation is unacceptable but would be a useful crash course in acceptance:

Chesterfield, take care.

Teams for whom relegation is wholly unacceptable:

Hartlepool United
Leyton Orient
Wrexham

Sorry but we're in completely the wrong category, since both our original and reformed teams have actually spent time in the Football League. Also we brought 1200 to you last season while Braintree will take 12...

I disagree. Not that I'd want to go back there given our current lofty(ish) position, The Conny Sarf was fun. Probably my favourite AFC Wimbledon season.
Probably because it's so easy for any club of a decent size to sail through. Unlike the League of Death that is the Northern division. :box:

He's not bullshitting, Tin Potters have absolutely no concept of the humiliation relegation is for a REAL football club. :bdick:

In the CS, every away game is reachable inside 2 hours travel time, so you can get to more games and have more of an affinity with these "local" clubs. You can drink on the terraces at most of the grounds and stewarding and policing are practically non existent. All in all, a far more enjoyable day out.

Eastleigh to Billericay inside two hours... really? Have you never driven on the M25?

Sure, the travelling time is a bonus, in fact I've argued for a few years now that L2 and NL should be merged and re-split into L2N & L2S. The other stuff you mention are only of interest to Tin Potters- we Brotherhood fans really ARE in it for the football!

It’s not as though Eastleigh travelled well in the Conf South either

Fair comment, we probably took an average of about 50 to away games in the Conf South, but thats 50 proper fans. But also TBF, not many teams take more than that at that level.

We have enough money coming in from general revenue streams, sure its not Mr Donalds millions anymore, but we can cope at this level. Even more so next year when we will have ditched all these huge wage earners who's contracts are up at the end of this season. We could end up stronger next season, as i'm sure we will sign players on a lot less money, but players who care for the non league game, and are willing to put in a decent shift at this level.
