It's Monday and we play Sheffield Wednesday Tuesday.
I'm hoping the Gerbil will shake the team up a bit and start with all three of Dicko, Afobe, and van la Parra with the latter perhaps replacing Saturday's invisible man. (Yes, he was on the pitch, it seems).
It's possible that Lee Evans will replace Jack Price, who wasn't invisible Saturday, but might as well have been.
Then a final change would be to get Golbourne back on, to replace young Hause, who struggled all afternoon against a Brighton attack slower than a canal boat. It was like watching an action replay for much of the game. The fastest movement on the pitch was Texeira and Afobe falling to the turf when the wind picked up.

If this was at their place, I'd predict a 1-1 draw as neither team seems capable of scoring, but at home it's a totally different prospect and our cutting edge, meanness of spirit and decisive, pinpoint passing suggests the same scoreline.

So 1-1. Edwards to score. 18,212 cold souls watching.

I'm going, I dunno why I've never seen us win at Molineux but that's got to change sometime, right?

Sold around 1,100 so looks like it's a definite nothing game for our lot.

2-1 Wulfs.

Sadly we don't have Leon Clarke for this game, and I'm sure every Sheffield Wednesday fan will blow a huge sigh of relief at that news. As for the game, It think might be the hammer blow to our promotion push and will finally be the game where we get cut adrift again.

Before I started getting the train to games I used to park on Crown Street. It's an industrial estate about 5/10 mins walk from the stadium. Its free there, as long as you don't show your colours you should be fine. It's sad I have to say that but I wouldn't put anything past some of the pond life specimens that claim to support our club after what happened last week.

Cheers mate, think I'll stick it in the carpark behind the away end then.

I would normally recommend the parking on Cornhill by the station as I've always considered the walk from the station easy and safe (now proved so very wrong) and you can always go down Cornhill to the Great Western pub which is always 'away friendly' and serves excellent real ales.
Another one is on Fox's Lane, just off the Stafford Road, in the car park just past the first railway bridge.

Hope you have a good evening, but not good enough to win.

No qualms on the end result but the dive from Dicko was a fůcking disgrace, that said you can't afford to miss chances like Nuhiu did at 1-0.

Good luck to Wolves for the rest of the season.

Reports say we cruised. I am not entirely surprised - but very disappointed - with Dicko if he did that. Must admit I thought Afobe went down theatrically and very easily at Brighton Saturday. Hope this isn't the lesson Wolves learnt from the artistry of Leonardo di Forestieri a few weeks back.

Reports don't include our missed chances then fella, the headers at 1-0 should have changed the game!

Yeh, soft.

Gutted because I've never seen a soft penalty given against us these years, so no idea how it feels. Nor dodgy decisions that led to that crucial first goal. Nor even players sent off and then the red card rescinded.

The reports do refer to your missed headers. Daily Mail "comfortable victory", Birmingham Mail "cruised", Vital SW "Wednesday savaged", Daily Express "thumping win". But they weren't there, and they are all biased, notoriously pro-Wolves. You were there and neutral. :bye:

Of course it happens to all clubs but it was tight to that point and the decision was poor, at 1-0 it was tense then you got the vital second and we were 'savaged', you were in cruise control from that point on.

Try to be a little less pretentious in future though eh fella, it doesn't suit you.

Sad about the penalty, the replay shows hardly any contact. Dicko seemed to be looking for it all day long.
