Yep, its the river derby in this one. Yes, I know Scunny is a bit of distance away from the Humber, but work with me ok!
Scunny have lost a little momentum of late, no wins in their last 3 after winning 4 straight. They'll comfortably finish mid table, just got a little way to go before they can ease up. Got a decent home record, but don't score/concede many goals.
As for Gills, it all seems to have gone a bit Pete Tong for them recently. Lost some of their key performers which has killed them. They look really vulnerable now.
I can see this being a tight game with few goals. Can see Scunny nicking it given how beaten up Gillingham are.
Form:
Scunthorpe: WWWLDD
Gillingham: LDWLLL
Recent meetings:
03 Nov 2012 Gillingham 4-0 Scunthorpe United FA Cup
11 Oct 2014 Gillingham 0-3 Scunthorpe United League One
25 Apr 2015 Scunthorpe United 2-1 Gillingham League One
20 Oct 2015 Gillingham 2-1 Scunthorpe United League One
