Bojan might be out for as long as six months thanks to a cruciate knee injury he picked up against Rochdale.

Just as he was picking up steam as well :(

Yep confirmed by the club out for at least the season. Sickener as I think the next 12-15 games he would have just got better and better. Hopefully back and firing at the start of next season.

Thats horrid news, always liked Bojan and he really did look as if he was settling in well.

Andy Carroll out for the rest of the season.
I don't wish ill on the guy, but we're a better team without him. At least this way Allardyce will be forced to play his best team - and the one that did really well earlier in the season - with Valencia and Sakho hustling defenders, rather than the team Allardyce wants to play.

Now if only something would happen to Nolan, we could be set for a title push...

Jay Rodriguez is back next month according to paper talk.

He better sign a new deal. He owes us that.

Gabriel out for 3 weeks. Had his last injury in 2013 when he was out for 1 week.

Welcome to Arsenal.

It's that London pollution that does it. Chelsea must have developed some kind of dodgy vaccine to guard against injuries.

Forster out for up to 12 months.

We better sign a replacement in the Summer.

Looks like Sturridge will be out for a month due to hip injury...where are the conspiracy theorists now?

Meanwhile, on Tyneside, Haidara is out for the season. That leaves us with 12 outfield players and 2 proper defenders (we're pretending Williamson is a proper defender here). I think we should try to solve our long standing squad problems by selling anyone of value and stright up not replacing them cos logic and that. Surely it has to work sometime?

Edit: Hope they give Lubo Satka a go at CB, just to get some idea of whether or not he has a future with us. Doubt they will though, important derby game and all that jazz.

I don't think Sturridge is ever going to make it through a whole season. He's off to the USA for specialist treatment. Time for Liverpool to move on I think.

How convenient. Schneiderlin to Arsenal was a banker not so long ago but I've got a horrible feeling we're no longer interested after the emergence of Coquelin.
