It’s definitely possible and pretty easy to gauge a decent budget figure especially when a chairman quotes it the season before, but I’m still waiting about the £5m one!?!

Top 1 I’d argue, we were told last season that no matter what league we were in we’d have a top budget. Used it well as well, would have been up there with Lincoln had we not kept getting awful injuries to key players.

Before the season started I put a bet on for Lincoln, Franchise and Mansfield to get promoted. The first 2 have done their job, but I am just not confident that the bluster twins at Field Mill have it in them to get them through the play-offs. I see there is a play-off thread so i'll put my thoughts in that thread but my final words on this season's promotion race are reserved for one person.

Now, just to clarify, I have absolutely no issue with Exeter City, their fans or players. In fact Exeter are generally very good at the County Ground and are often one of the best teams I have seen play. I don't generally believe in karma but seeing Mr Devon Lad's Exeter side fall out of the play-off race and end their season raised a smile.

Is parades a thing just promotion then? I thought you had to win a actual title/trophy.
