A fantastic book, and Ridley Scott is currently directing the adaptation starring Matt Damon. I'm really looking forward to this, I hope it's faithful.

Yup, a very good adaptation, albeit with a few bits removed. Everything seemed sped up in comparison to the book, which is inevitable I guess.

I was hooked throughout the film. It was engaging and amazingly shot. It would have been a nice touch to zoom back into Mars at the end and see some potatoes growing...
