Penalties.

I don't think we got out of our half in the last 10 minutes.

Hahaha what was Jabo still doing on the pitch? Weird man.

Feel for Yeovil fans, they haven't had much to enjoy this season. Really hope they stay up.

Dolan missed a pen on Saturday so we gave tonight's to Zoko. He missed. Dolan then takes another in the shootout. Misses.

What a fucking night. If Jabo isn't knighted tomorrow then I'll fucking snap. Honestly love that man. Fuck off Zoko.

I thought it was written in the stars for Jabo to miss his pen and tee them up for the win....

Unlucky Yeovil, outplayed us at Blackpool and sounded the better team tonight. I still think you'll stay up, though losing Zoko could be bad for your survival chances.

Get in. Very Harsh on Yeovil, but Zoko should have seen you through. If Yeovil play how they did against us in the last two matches they should be fine, but this loss will cause a big hang over and you could easily lose Zoko and Walsh is his loan isnt extended, he stood out in both matches.

The trouble is we've done that in a number of games this season, been the better side but somehow still lost. Zoko is so frustrating, not sure what to make of him. Got to keep Walsh as long as possible.

It's a damn shame Jabo Ibehre got a yellow when he clotheslined Krysiak as he won't be punished any more. Disgraceful behaviour. Ah well.

Good luck against the Toffees, I know the money will be extremely welcome.

Just watching the Carlisle goal again. I don't know what Krysiak did to get Jabo so angered, but he doesn't half charge in at some place straight at Krysiak's neck. Presumably it was whatever Krysiak got booked for but the camera doesn't show it. The fight seems to begin with Lacey and Ellis going up for a header together and Lacey landing on Ellis, then either Lacey held Ellis down, or Ellis just thought he was being held down and they grappled. Next thing there's a huge melee. Jabo's known for his calm temperament so, not that it justifies his actions, but I can't see him getting infuriated like that at just nothing. Wouldn't be surprised if the FA took retrospective action.

EDIT: Oh yeah, Mr Glover's right, retrospective action can only be taken against incidents that weren't mentioned in the referee's report.

Fucking delighted to be fifty odd quid out of pocket. (I put some more on in play).

Honestly you can't put a price on things like this.

Commiserations to Yeovil, hard way to lose after having such a glorious chance on 93 mins. I'm sure your season will get better now, especially if Zoko stays.

Francois though... Once a blue always a blue.

Crazy match!

4th round for first time in what? 19 years? We never seem to be involved much in the FA Cup so this is just brilliant.

Sorry Yeovil, I've had a soft spot for your club recently but that Roberts player is a complete dick and I have to laugh at Zoko missing that pen because he did used to play for us, but Zoko is a class player and very good to have in your team, probably one of the best forwards in L2 on his day.

Well can't wait now till a week on Sunday for Everton. :£

Raynes is another on my list of knighthoods, what a hero he has become. He must love it here as well considering how his career was going before Dykes/Curle picked him out.

Seems like pretty much everyone apart from the ref saw Jabo's clothesline out of nowhere, definite red card but then who could honestly send that man off. I bet they've had a good laugh about that in the dressing room.

Sounds like Zoko had one of those games he has from time to time where, besides a few threatening runs he mostly juts stands and watches.

Strange decision to make him captain (assuming that's what I heard on the radio)

Is the commentator on the online highlights from Radio Somerset? Seems incredibly excited when Yeovil score, but our equaliser is just 'matter of fact' and then when we score the winning penalty he sounds downhearted and instead of saying 'Carlisle are through' he says 'Yeovil go out'.

silly me eh.

I got so annoyed at how ineffective and bland we were I switched it off at 1-0 down early in second half and gave up deciding to watch a film instead.

and what do I miss...........a Carlisle goal, last gasp penalty drama, 2 sendings off and a pen shoot-out win :ffs:

just have to hope it gives us a wee boost because its abit worrying how ineffective we've become of late.

With Grainger possibly knackered for the weekend, I'd go back to how we lined up towards the start of the season for Saturday. Anything but 4-4-2...

-------------------- Gillespie --------------------
------------ Atkinson Ellis Raynes -----------
Miller -------------------------------- Gillesphey
---------------------- Liddle ----------------------
----------- Gilliead Kennedy Hope -----------
---------------------- Ibhere ---------------------

To be fair, you could have any sort of combo in that front 4. I've just stuck them in just 'cause they were the first 4 players that came to mind. Sweeney is probably in with a shout, seems to play consistently well without anyone really noticing.

I thought Curle was daft wanting to bring in another midfielder in Liddle, but that looks a decent line-up with him in the fold. Hope he can tempt him...

I want to see a return to Gilliead/Ibhere up front.

I agree though the madcap 3-1-2-4 should return.

Miller right, but i'd whack Sweeney left....the wing backs never defended anyway.

Roberts is possibly our player of the season so far, he's been brilliant.

Just watched the highlights and cannot understand two things. One is how can Zoko miss his pen when the keeper's already going the other way? Second thing is how lucky Jabo was to stay on the pitch, incompetent refereeing at it's best. Have some doubts too about the Yeovil sending off, to me it doesn't look like a straight red.

Still, it could be a blessing in disguise for Yeovil as they can now concentrate on the league, and likewise, I hope it doesn't distract Carlisle as I would like to see them make the play offs.

Ibehre fully knows he should've been sent off twice and has been laughing about it on Periscope and Twitter much to the dismay of Yeovil fans. Very rarely will you see such a clear red, I don't think KC would've been too happy had he gone off but I think he'd probably have found the whole thing hilarious too once he knew we'd won. Should've given Ibehre the last penalty just to further anger the strange people in Twitter who are still complaining at him and making weird threats. As for Zoko, he was surely paid by us to miss that penalty, it was so so bad.

Zoko was just too cocky with his penalty and it's shown him up. I just hope he's genuinely remorseful and gets himself up for Saturday.

Ibehre has really shown a lack of class the way he's conducted himself since Tuesday night.
