Definitely suits us better to have the first leg at VP. My hope is that Bradford are a bit more expansive at home than they would have been had the ties been reversed, which will give us a better chance of getting a positive result in the first leg. We are very strong at the Den at the moment, so have to be confident of doing the business in front of a fired-up night-game crowd.

This is going to be a tight one, either way. Can only see one goal in it over two legs.

Couldn't call the winners of these play-offs at all.

Daft thing to say about the play-offs but it could literally be any of these four. Should be a cracker this year.

If I really had to stick my neck out I think it'll be the winner of the Millwall/Bradford ties.

Losing out on having the home leg second to a 90+8 minute penalty is a classically apt Bradford City example of misfortune

To be fair, they only equalized in stoppage time too.
At the end of the season everyone deserves to finish where they do, so to pick out this one goal was said in jest, although it was a nice example of questioning whenever do we have that bit of luck. Saying that, what a massive goal and it must now make Milwall favourites in what will be a very tight tie.

I don't know, I would have been okay with playing at home first. Nick a goal and take that to your place, play on the counter and hit on the break as we like to do... But it's all good. This tie, and the other one, will be too tight to call for me.

At home I'm reasonably confident of a 1-0 which we've achieved a lot this season, our lack of goals over the year though is what worries me, we'll almost certainly have to score away realistically which is where I'd be concerned given its our defensive side that has got us into the PO's

What's this Romeo lad like who was sent off? A big loss or very much replaceable?

As big a loss as losing a fullback can be. Has been excellent since he came into the side.

Walsall do football a favour and beat Barnsley.

He's a right back? That will suit Kyle Reid on the left if so, had it been the left back, Tony McMahon on our right wouldn't trouble an U18's player from open play

As the Charlton fan alluded, you would struggle to pick a winner. From a selfish perspective I hope Millwall stay down as i enjoy the away trips (despite us being toilet this season at the Den)

We've won our last 7 home games. Being at home first keg probably does suit us.

We're great once in front and with something to defend so hopefully our home from can continue and we can take something to Millwall as that won't be easy.

Nobody will be able to predict these play offs. All 4 have a good chance.

Away leg first suits us, but you never know with Walsall!

Tickets prices have been reduced for our home tie with Walsall, £15 for adults and a tenner for concessions.

I'd like it to be Walsall.

I think, however, Bradford's experience of Wembley finals will give them the edge if they get there. In which case I will be lumping on Rory McArdle to score...

Four good teams, though!

Millwall to beat barnsley in the final. I'm hoping walsall win as it's the worst away trip.

Great selection of teams here, far more interesting than the Championship play offs for me. If I have a 'second team' then it's certainly Barnsley, would love to see them up, my considerable weight of support will be for them, would even consider a trip to Wembley if there was a surplus of tickets.

Then there's Millwall, a cracking away day for the old fashioned purists like myself, I've missed my Tuesday day/night on the piss for Millwall this season, would also be happy to see them up.

Walsall would be good to add to the the already overcrowded Midland contingent in the Championship next year.

My only indifference would be for Bradford, went there many years ago when the away end had no roof, and it snowed. I've had little desire to return since :D

Looking forward to them.

Only not been to Millwall so them please.

Honestly though, not fussed out of all 4. Would like to tick Millwall off but Barnsley and Bradford are decent days out and Walsall is a piece of piss trip 90 mins down the M6.

Just read the Kyel Reid has been released by Preston and therefore presumably isn't available to Bradford for the play-offs? I'm assuming that its the same player.

It'll only be effective when his contract actually expires. Which is in June. Reid will still be available.

It really is going to be very tight I think. All 4 sides have their merits.
From a personal point of view and with no untowardness to the other 3 clubs I would like Walsall to come up from the play offs.
Its a good local derby and they pushed hard for an automatic promotion place right up until the last day of the season.
