Bristol City fans loved having a moan about us signing loan players then went on to have about 68 themselves this season.

That's because nobody wanted to sign for them permanently

Don't really consider fans that come on to the pitch during the game on more than one occasion to be the best.

what has that got to do with creating atmosphere once again your just changing the point of what I said. Who cares if people run on the pitch anyway did they assault anyone NO, did they cause any problem to any person NO. Stop being bitter cos you lost.

Millwall gonna take 50k again?

Bradford were rubbish, havent changed from last year so no idea how they reached 5th.

Pretty simple that one mate this year's league was much worse standard than last years

Now - is it still 'this' season or is it now 'last' season.

I've confused the delightful Eric Read on another thread

Bullshit. You're the one who was confused. You were wrong and decided to claim you were talking about the previous season.

Also, why even mention it on this thread, as some sort of badge of honour? Obsessed.

Having played both, in the JPT Final and Semi Final, I'd say Barnsley have the edge. They have also already had a dress rehearsal at Wembley, so I fancy them to do it.

It certainly helped us in 2013, having been to Wembley for the Capital Cup Final - we duely diicked Northampton 3-0 2 month later.

The sour grapes within me say I don't want Millwall to go up because they beat us, but it would be nice to keep the league as Northern as possible.

Sorry Barnsley fans.

Oh, just fuck off. Can't even have a half sensible conversation with you.

The fact is that for season 2014/15 your attendance dipped below 7000, the season before it was just over 6000.

Just pointing out that attendances, whether home or away, fluctuate with what is happening on the pitch.

Wembley is Millwall's second bloody home in recent years.

No they have 3. Millwall millwall millwall and that long noise they make however there still one of the best sets of fans in this country, certainly are the best in this league.

what the fuck?

Seen us play them many times, the loudest they've ever been was when they tried to storm a family stand at NYS last season.

Anybody can create an atmosphere in the play offs, week in and week out Millwall are run of the mill.

No real preference for me apart from from a selfish perspective living in London, I want Barnsley to win.

Hats off to them getting to Wembley twice, especially after propping up the league earlier on this season.

To be fair I've got no time for Millwall fans and they proved last night why. The aggression shown whenever a Bradford player went near the stand was unreal and the fact Millwall players guided everyone towards the tunnel as the ref was about to blow the final whistle shows what they know and think of their own fans.

But the more important aspect of football is what teams do on the pitch and over both legs Millwall were the better team, just as Barnsley were against Walsall, and deserve their place in the final. The 2 finalists seem fairly evenly matched so should be a good game

This right here is the philosophical difference between clubs like us & Leeds (and formerly Cardiff and West Ham) and most other clubs. We're not doing it right if we aren't trying to do just that. If you don't get it, you'll never get it.

I don't get it. Are you going to tell me that this is all part of being Millwall and is just done to 'scare' the opposition into surrendering? And then once their work is done these fans head straight to church?

These wannabe Millwall youths are totally embarrassing, giving it the big un to the away fans in the upper tier? I bet my left bollock they wouldn't do it outside to full grown blokes, just like intimidating women and children.

If you're going to pose weirdly anachronistic moral binaries, then... no?

I don't see the connection between morality and heckling players, but then one long-standing British value is the dogged service to the artifice of virtue above all else, so I can see why people often come to those sort of conclusions.

My favourite people to intimidate are midget women-children.

Don't get me wrong I have nothing against Millwall, it's a good away day. But your club certainly seems to have more than it's fair share of morons that like to show the club up on big occasions, it's a shame for the real football fans.

They were by far best at the lane and by far the best as a home side this season.

How did they show them up? Nobody was hurt (unlike at Hull when a fan went straight for Richard Keogh but this doesn't get mentioned) and all they did was go to taunt the away fans.

At Rotherham in the playoffs two years ago, there was a large crowd came over to us and bottles were being thrown back and forth, as were coins, again not mentioned at the time as its only Rotherham, not naughty Millwall.

By showing them up I was thinking more back to their FA Cup semi a few years ago when they were scrapping with each other, plus other countless occasions.

As for Rotherham this is their firm.

Didn't 1 of our fans die in trouble against you in the 80s or was it vice versa sure I remember reading it somewhere.

Tbf millwall reputation is deserved there is always trouble everytime we play them. But it takes 2 lots of fans for trouble. It's just a tight community spirit they have in that part of the world which happens to be a pretty rough area and the football club unites them all. The problem they have is any minor incident involving any other club doesn't get a mention but any minor incident involving millwall and the media bandwagon starts rolling. There's plenty of other clubs just as bad too though.

See, indefensible, that day was truly embarrasing as to your right you had the main stand and thousands of grown men to go at but decided to go for a stand which is clrealy labelled above it as the family stand.

One of our lot was killed by a West Ham fan in the 80s. Another was stabbed the last time the sides met.

Don't think we've recorded any other deaths, inflicted by us or against us, other than that, though.

I wouldn't say large, I've seen the videos, it was a hundred or so downers and a kid with a Blackpool shirt.

So boring that picture, I've seen about 4 versions with different clubs on it.
