Starting to look interesting for Plymouth now. Tough run in.

Absolutely massive game tonight for both us and MK Dons.

Would expect a routine win over Crewe in midweek followed by another massive one next Saturday at Wycombe.

Obviously a big game for us from the autos point of view. A draw wouldn't be disasterous if Ipswich beat Rotherham. Sunderland have me a bit worried if we are in the playoffs thpugh, they are on a roll at the moment.

Interesting that the bookies have you as favourite to win tonight given current form and your relatively poor away record. 'Big club' bias?

They just seem to keep scoring late on don’t they? It’s got to stop at some point.

We’re on a decent bit of form ourselves but our away record is what’s let us down all season. Anyone who knows anything about League One would have MK favourites tonight I’d say.

3 tough games now for us beginning with today vs Sunderland if we win today we'll still be in the playoffs but I think if we lose today and Saturday we can wave the playoffs goodbye.

7 teams still in with a chance of the playoffs. 1 of those to take 2nd spot and the autos which leaves 6 for the 4 playoff places. Jesus it's tight. Oxford have to beat us tomorrow to have any chance of getting there. The rest are too close to call.

Another season taking it to the last game and possibly further. Very exciting stuff.

Whoever gets in the playoffs thoroughly deserves it. We have already improved on last season's points total with 6 points to play for yet languish in 8th.

Still it's progress... In the right direction. Steady, consistent and sensible progress rather than boom or bust.

Although this season they won’t get 8th. You might however, as it stands. You look like missing out by a few points.
Away to a stumbling Rotherham then home to a terrible Doncaster. A good possibility of winning both and getting to 81 points, but could still miss out.

Need Plymouth to get no more than two points from their difficult two games and if you can manage a draw against Wycombe, and assuming they even beat Wednesday, then we could pip those two on GD.

A long shot but not out of it yet, and if that did happen we'd be going into the playoffs on the back of four wins with important players just coming back into the team.

Therefore Rotherham is shit or bust. A draw is no good.
They looked edgy last night, but I would not write them off just yet - second half they came at us much more. Must be the nerves or the cup final hangover.
It’s all about keeping smith quiet. He is immense for them.
You have a chance - but you did not have to make it this difficult for yourself if you stopped leaking goals and losing stupid games.

Obviously.

Our performances against Plymouth and then Morecambe were actually very good. We got unlucky and in any other season we would be comfortably in the play offs.

We need to tighten up at the back but have developed and made money from key defenders so it's understandable and necessary to live within our means.

Personally I'm happy with the exciting attacking football.

Not necessarily, but obviously far more unlikely. A draw then a win against Doncaster could still be enough.

Would need Plymouth to lose both and Wycombe no better than two draws.

Wycombe come to our place last game - and we have suddenly hit form. We may end up doing you a favour…

I think you miss my point mate.

He (Tractor Boys) has been sniping away since they failed to beat us at the umpteenth attempt, and his post was obviously a very backhanded comment. I can't be arsed to find it now, but he claimed that they would finish above us and that we wouldn't finish higher than 9th.

The lowest we can finish is 8th, and if we make the play-offs it will be the third year running we've done it. Meanwhile over in Ipswich they're doing a great job of cementing their place as League One mid table nonentities for the third year running.

I wasn't going to bring it up, but as Tractor Boys mentioned it..........................

PS: Any points you can take off of High Wycombe will be much appreciated.

Well, job done today, but still a long way to go even to reach the playoffs. Even if we win next week, it's not certain, given GD, games in hand for Sheff Wed and all that good stuff.

Hoping that Franchise beat Plymouth though, that would definitely work in our favour, although they could even rest players for that game if Rotherham win their game in hand.

Yes, I'm sure Tuesdays results will have an influence on the team for Plymouth. If we can't get automatics I can see our key players being rested.

If Argyle don't even make the playoffs that would be HILARIOUS.
