Mick would never have made a signing like that at Wolves, he isn't Irish or an ex Sunderland defender for starters ...

Mick seems to love his ex-Reading players too.

Doyle, SHunt and Hahnemann at Wolves (might have been a few more as well?)
Tabb, SHunt and NHunt at Ipswich.

Yeah, as far as I remember he bought 8 players from Sunderland, 6 of them defenders...

Currently 9 points between 8th and 9th, that is huge at this stage of the season.

We've dominated Blackburn so far but not been able to create many actual chances and they scored from a very poorly defended set piece. If the results stay the same it'll have been an awful night for us.

Big, big result tonight... great to see us get through it. Could be a very important 3 points come May.

Shame to see the scum come from behind to win tonight... Sunday is gunna be hell'a feisty. Dreading a loss.

Massive second half from us. Could quite easily have let that get away from us but kept positive, kept pushing forward and eventually it came.

Wolves, Watford and Blackburn all beatan. Ipswich next.

We've scored 12 goals in our last 4 games and we haven't moved from 8th. Nobody seems to be dropping any points, says it all that there is now a 10 point gap between 8th and 9th.

Putting that into context there is 10 points between 9th down to 21st. Insane.

The top of the Championship is insane, the sides are so consistent.

Not really, Ipswich, Middlesbrough, Bournemouth and Watford all lost at the weekend. Our form has been average since new year but we're still third.

Wouldn't discount Blackburn from the play-off race yet, though. Only 15 points behind with 39 to play for.

Yes one weekend clearly defines "consistency". On the whole, the top 7 or 8 have been very consistent since Christmas.

15 points is a huge gap to make up and they haven't exactly been in the greatest form recently.

16k at Boro.
What's that all about Boro fans?

Another win, if Bournemouth drop points then we will be more than 3 clear of the playoffs, need to build that up to 6 hopefully before our awful run of games, but then again I feel we can beat anyone in the league at home on our day, saying that though our only 2 home losses all season have been Wigan and Forest...

I feel dirty wanting Forest to get something tomorrow, but I like being 5 points clear of 3rd!!!

Always fancied Bornmuff to tail off a bit. I think the top 2 will be out of Derby, Boro and Norwich.

We're winning the league, I've said it since day one.

Only thing that makes me doubt it, is I bet on it pre-season and I NEVER win bets.

Why did you bet on it then? I agree though, the title is yours to lose.

I don't like you any more.

Ha, I lived with an Ipswich fan at Uni and was mates with a couple more strangely too so like to see them do well more than any other Champ team apart from Derby (purely for anti-Forest reasons ofc). Just don't think the squad stacks up to the others up there. The sort of team that would have a chance of promotion regardless though.

Oh and BART ...obviously.
