Lee will appreciate this.

Who's going down? Hull can get out of the bottom 3 if they draw against West Ham tomorrow as Burnley and Sunderland both lost.

February:
Arsenal V Villa
Villa V Chelsea
Hull V Villa
Villa V Stoke
Newcastle V Villa

2-5 points if we're lucky.

March:
Villa V West Brom
Sunderland V Villa
Villa V Swansea

0-3 points.

April:
Man United V Villa
Spurs V Villa
Villa V QPR
Man City V Villa

0-3 points.

May:
Villa V Everton
Villa V West Ham
Southampton V Villa
Villa V Burnley

0-6 points.

Meaning, by my predictions we will get between 2-17 points for the rest of the season. Even at my most optimistic, we finish on 39 points which by all rights should see us relegated. I just can't see us staying up unless we have a new manager with new ideas in.

Looking at those fixture in April and May then you may be right Jase.Is Lambert likely to be sacked though?

Seeing as he should have been sacked at the end of last season, and has only this season signed a 4 year extention to his deal, I don't reckon so unless we actually are relegated. It's a shame that none of the board of this club seem to give a shit anymore.

Today's result was a bitter blow to our chances with a hard run of fixtures coming up soon. A draw wouldn't have been great but a loss was hard to take, especially so late in the game after being 2-0 up at one stage.

However it sounds like Palace were worth the three points. Can't win 'em all.

We're far from out of the woods yet. I never liked the look of this weekend, with us not playing until Monday night. Our next 2 games are absolutely crucial. West Brom, who go above us if they win, and Palace away who went above us last week. We have a very ugly looking February, with fixtures against Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal and Leicester, with 2 European games in the middle. Dont win any of our next 2, we are in a bit of trouble, and unlike some of the sides down there who might not have as much quality as we do, we dont have a lot of fight about us. The way we surrendered in some of those defeats over Christmas was very worrying.

I miss James McCarthy. We've missed him so much this season.

Unfortunately I think Leicester are down, QPR too after seeing their fixture list.

Last spot is anyones, if I had to choose anyone I would pick Hull.

Seems like the cheap option picking the current bottom 3, but then they are in those positions for a reason.

Think it'll be the current bottom three that go.

Fernandes has come out today and said Redknapp is going nowhere, so we'll be lucky to get more than a point away from home.

Burnley, QPR and Leicester. With Villa staying up by the skin of their teeth....

I think Disco Lambo will keep us safe.
Besides on the manager front there's at least 3 managers below us in the table who are completely shit.

I said Leicester all along, they're on my outright bet for the season, although knowing my luck that will benefit them. Joining them I'll go for Hull and Burnley.

Leicester and QPR seem to be in the worst position..Plenty of games to come though..

I would say Hull,Leicester and QPR based on what I've seen so far

You'll get 3 at Villa Park, we don't beat Redknapp.

I had Hull picked as a surprise european place contender, they were phenomenal in the FA Cup Final and they had such a strong physical presence all over the pitch, big surprise that they are down where they are.

QPR and Hull look desparate. I'd say the other team to go down will be either Villa or Leicester

Is £35 supposed to be cheap against a mid-table side?

We have a nice run of fixtures for the rest of the season with Burnley, Qpr, West Brom, Villa , Palace and Leicester all at home. But knowing Sunderland we'll do our best to fuck it up.

Not going to bother starting a Hull/Newcastle thread as the visitors are cruising 2-0 (although Jelavic just missed an open goal). Big game kicking off at 3 between Burnley and Sunderland.
