Sorry lads, its the best I've got!

Coventry smashed Bury for 6 in their last outing, however they also beat us 5-0, so maybe they caught a poor side at a bad/good time. Coventry sit in 6th and the teams behind them are catching up. If they want to stay in the promotion spots, they can't let winnable games slip. This is one of them.

As for Fleetwood, they've been scrapping away and grinding out points. But their away record is terrible and its dragging them down. Can they sneak a win on Pressley's return to the Ricoh, or will Coventry punish them for their poor form on their travels?

I can see this one being a draw. I'm not totally sure Coventry are over their recent form and I can see Pressley getting his team fired up for this one. Interesting game though, with lots riding on it at the top and bottom of the table.

Form:
Coventry: DLLLDW
Fleetwood: DLDDWL

Recent meetings:
20 Dec 2014 Coventry City 1-1 Fleetwood Town League One
17 Mar 2015 Fleetwood Town 0-2 Coventry City League One
10 Oct 2015 Fleetwood Town 0-1 Coventry City League One

I can't see anything but a confortable home win. If we play the same eleven that played against Bury (bar Martin returning at the back), then we will be fine.

3-0.

I can safely say in the fifty years I've been a Skyblue I've never been confident of beating anyone.
Pressley would love to put one over us , though I believe he will defend in numbers hoping for a point.
If we score early I can see a 3 or 4 -0 , I'm just not confident.
When we should win we normally struggle to.

What did I say about never beaing confident about Cov beating anyone , I'm aghast with our firm atm, can see us blowing playoffs now when this league has been so poor this season.
I suppose Mowbray did say at the start of the season that next season is more important building wise than this ,so it looks like that will come true

There's been many lows over the years, but being deservedly beat at home by a club that was non league five years ago is with the worst days I've experienced.
We have decent players on the ball but absolutely no fighters who will run through a brick wall for the club.
If we got more than 3 million ,which reportedly we got much more for Maddison then we got a fantastic deal, yes a brilliant ball player but he wouldn't win a fifty fifty ball with Alan Carr.
No balls the lot of them

I'm starting to look forward to our trip to the Ricoh in a few weeks.

The club are promoting '5,000 to Coventry' but would be delighted with half that.

We weren't expecting much so nice surprise to win and not by killing football but playing the game.

Just thought we wanted it more on the day.

I will agree with that. Played good counter attacking football.
