I agree with the others that the ref had no choice. He's just been booked for kicking the ball away, what kind of idiot immediately kicks it away again. If anything the fact he did it so soon after being booked the first time makes it even more of a second yellow than if he'd done it again later in the game.

Did Tomlin's mates have a bet on him being sent off in the first half. Makes you wonder, either that or he is as thick as they come

Deffo owes the donny mafia some money and forced in to it.

I’m sure but it’s more likely a Sheffield crew given the stuff sold in Mansfield will be from the Nottingham lot

I actually retract that, it probably is sold under the local GCSE kids, just under the authority of the Albanians or something

Not sure where to put this so...

Our much trumpeted b team had its first match on Tuesday. The team consisted of two "first" teamers. A few of the young and not so young lads and some trialists.

To say things didn't go as planned is a bit of an understatement. Although we scored first we then let in 5 (yes five) goals without reply against that football hotspot of Bracknell Town!

We did have lots of possession so that's OK.

Probably not the right thread. However any away supporter's bringing a bloody drum to plough lane this season are definitely tin pot. The bloody things should be banned. I can think of a few clubs in this division that have them.

Only if the drum is made of tin though…

Thankfully drums remain banned at Sutton

I think the main problem of getting a drum to Plough Lane is getting it on public transport as that seems the only way of getting there.
Is there any car parking facilities anywhere near the ground?

No there's not really any car parking facilities near the ground. It's mainly residential permit parking. As you say it's easy to get to by using public transport. There are 3 or 4 different train stations within a 15 to 20 minute walk.

Centre Court shopping centre in Wimbledon or side roads off Garratt Lane past Earlsfield Station towards Wandsworth.

A lot of home supporters use public transport.

If you need a drum you’re tinpot. If you justify having a drum you’re even more tinpot and probably deserve relegation to the Conference North
Why do TinPots bite so easily, lol.
