No, but in all seriousness, probably the game most fans would have wanted first, we should take a decent following I would expect.

Preperations dealt a blow with our captain Jordan Moore-Taylor and Lee Holmes being carried off in our final friendly match. Doesn't sound too serious but Tis has admitted they could miss the Blackpool match.

Anyway, hoping we're surprised and they're both passed fit. Think it's a good time to play Blackpool, I'll go for a 0-1 win with a goal deep in stoppage time

Huge interest in this game... Anyway, it's now Thursday and JMT and Holmes are both still considered doubtful. If neither are given the green light, I suspect we'll line up something like this.

Been told Troy Archibald-Henville is struggling with a knock (shock) and if he fails to make it Pierce Sweeney should come in for him.

Rubbish start and sounds like we were pretty poor. Watkins hit the post twice plus their keeper made one great save but otherwise we didn't use the ball well enough.

Blackpool started better than us and seemed to cause a few problems. We will need to improve quickly from here on but suspect it will be more of the same from us this season...i.e. Very inconsistent

Yep, looks that way but early days. Blackpool looked better than I thought they would and their number 6 had a really solid game at centre back. No brilliant performances from any of our lot but a couple dire ones from Woodman and Brown. Suspect our defence will remain as terrible as it has been the last few years, especially with Craig fucking Woodman in it.

Anyway, on to Tuesday night versus Brentford I guess.

Yep, I don't post much as not particularily interested in the football side of things due to the wankers that own the club and the PNE fans on this forum are of a similar vain, thus making it difficult to actually talk football when on here.

I am also a Blackpool fan and while I still want them to win I don't go to home games as I am not giving the Oyston's another penny and I also play football on Saturday's so hard to get to away games so like Kurt I can't offer much opinion on things.

However I will say I do think Bowyer seems a good appointment and isn't talking bollocks like the last few mangers (especially McDonald) and I think we will do okay this season. Will try get to some away games.
