Chelsea looking very strong in the first leg of the FA Youth Cup final (on ITV4 now). Izzy Brown, Abraham and Solanke are such a dangerous front three.

Man City look like a team full of midgets who are good at passing it but can't do much else.

Ye we've played really well. I'd go as far as saying this is the best youth team we've had, they seem so confident with the ball.

Almost proud watching that. Well happy for Jack and his family, they're really good people.

The best proof in ages that the loan system can work if the bigger clubs use it properly, too.

We need to send Januzaj on loan. Young has played well and it looks likely Depay will be coming in to occupy a flank. A loan abroad would probably be best.

Been absolutely fantastic since he's broke into the team. From what I heard, you Notts fans were extremely impressed with him too?

Eventually, he was very ineffective at first and kept getting dropped but he stuck at it, got stronger, started working harder and by the end of the season was brilliant.

Good to hear, I can tell he doesn't shy away from the way he's been thrust in for us, first team for a relegation battle and FA Cup Semi Final when he'd barely played beforehand.

He's playing at a similar sort of level as Sterling was when he broke onto the scene now I think. Hodgson needs to have a word.

1-1 in the second leg of the youth cup final. Chelsea far the better team but City still look dangerous.

Williams looks good based on those numbers, Shawcross looks just as oafish as he does on the field though.

It's a shame he's having a good spell now and not in January, because then he would grow more with more matches.

Just preempting the response from several other forum members.

Apparently both sets of fans are fighting in the stands. Do they both realise this is a youth game?

Villa have an absolute gem in Grealish. I hope he sticks with them, the kid has a very bright future and adds balance to the current Villa team. Also credit to Sherwood

Agreed with the latter , don't think it was a case of good spell, he started a few games under Lambert but now is a definite starter under Sherwood

No he didn't, his first start came under Sherwood. He made a few 3-8 minute cameos under Lambert.

Much older United side than City with a few players from the first team. Good experience anyway.

Not sure why anyone would be scrapping in the stands mind. Wankers.

Yeah it is a bit strange, I'm not sure what started the crowd troubles and how many were involved though.
