They can be tricky to pass and it's probably my least favourite part of driving, but I've come round to thinking that it's better not to get frustrated by cyclists. It's still a person on the bike and one error caused by impatience could have severe consequences.

I'm thinking more as a pedestrian. Near me a former railway line was converted ito a walking/cycle route. I've given up walking on it because it is too dangerous.

I am and very much a proud Weagle.
Luton is on the verge of becoming part of the Caliphate, so I'm not sure if football will be allowed once they eventually take over.

A mate of mine stayed years ago in Brisbane or Melbourne, I think it was, when his parents emigrated there. They returned to the UK after a few years.

Wouldn't know. It was just a reply seeing you are from Australia originally. An effort at interaction but there you go. I'll pass the next time.

Sure if you're that sensitive, but there are big difference between both cities and not just distance.

Nothing to do with sensitivity. It was simply a mention of someone I know who once stayed in Australia and the fact that there is 'a difference' between these cities is neither here nor there.

You seem to drop your lolly in the first response, and there is a big difference between Brisbane and Melbourne. I'm just saying. You're reading too much into this.

Great you have a friend who lived in Australia, did he introduce you to proper footy?

drop my lolly . Is that an Australian term ? Anyway, as I said it was just an attempt (failed) at interaction but I can live without it. I'll just leave it at that. Good luck on integrating yourself on the forum.

No Australian, you do seem to be very sensitive over this. No understanding of what I was talking about!

With your logic then surely Newcastle is the same as Brighton?

Uber Eats. I work for one of the major supermarkets and this is the bane of our lives. £80 order which motorbikes can't carry. Why on earth don't they place an online order knowing that it will be filled from a big store that has all the stock? Instead of us, a convenience store that runs out of stock. A lot of it is sheer laziness. Can't be arsed to walk out of the front door, will happily pay up to a £10 premium and pay higher prices. More money than sense.

For the most part I completely agree with you. I don't understand why the average person would use them during daytime hours. I think the discrepancy in pricing is aggrevated further in small towns as the likes of a 24 Hour Londis garage know they are the only option for delivery late on and thus charge exponentially higher prices as you either pay it or do without.

Before 8pm where I live we can make an order for Asda and the markup is pretty neglible. After 8pm though Londis becomes the sole listing and they're clearly aware of this, it's essentially price gouging but the model clearly works as people are paying it.

Personally I only ever use them late at night when I can't drive and I don't wanna fuck about booking taxis etc so the money doesn't really factor in. I'm very much aware they are having my pants down, though. Recent example below which is pretty much double what you'd pay at a supermarket.

Having heard the testimony of Azeem Rafiq...Yorkshire County Cricket Club...rotten to the core, if it was a football club they would probably be well on their way to being thrown out of whatever league it competed in.

Apologies for the delay in responding. That purchase would have cost £35 from my store and lower from a supermarket. More fool you.
