Happens to me far too often. I keep looking at my phone and getting angry because I just can't sleep. Which in turn just makes it even harder to drop off.

Used to happen to me all the time, so annoying. Happened mainly in sixth form when I constantly over)thought and had arguments with people/things in my head. Lay there getting more and more wound up and stressed out.

No idea what the answer is but as soon as I left 6th form I chilled out and am fine. One of my teachers once recommended keeping a note book by your bed and writing the things down that are worrying you so you can address them the next day, never tried it so no idea if it helps!

I was out with a mate of mine last year and he told me his cousin had invited us to party with them in the town as one of them was having their 21st. So we went along and partied with them all night and ended up clubbing.
