Ice hockey. Went to watch a game last night, it was fucking bedlam, there was even a couple of scraps. My son loved it.

I used to go and watch Slough Jets and loved it,we were a good team winning a lot of trophys. The scraps were all part of the fun.

The thought of being able to go to sleep soon. Been up since 9am yesterday morning and I've been digging in for the last 2 or 3 hours.

Asking my 5 year old son what he thinks people in the world should have and his response being:

"Food, water and a safe house to sleep in"

Raising a socialist.

My daughter says pretty dresses. Raising a socialite :dk:

I was close to tears hearing him say it.

I asked him if he would give up his Xbox and light sabers for people to have food and water. He said yes.

To be fair being from Stoke he'll be well versed to the struggle. Still, good to see he's a kind young man.

He is genuinely a nightmare.

Both of my boys will be left wing socialists. Not centre thinking like their mother.

What the fuck is your issue with my city?
No issue. North side is shit doe.

Let him support Stoke. When I was in school the Vale or fail fans were treated with disdain. That was when Stoke were still shit. Don't want that for your son

I'm a North Stokie. Smallthorne born and bred. I now live in the east of the city, though.

Fuck the south Stoke accent.

Sheds, I like my shed a lot. It's not showy or particularly salubrious but it's dry and has space for a battered old chair. I am allowed to smoke in it too.

My son bought a pre-owned (but mint) Xbox 360 using the money he received for his 5th birthday. His time on it is restricted, but it's a great way to get him to behave.

My seven year old son wants an XBox for Christmas so will probably go down the pre-owned route as he won't play it that much and he doesn't need anything too good.

He sometimes plays FIFA 12 on my very old Wii, he normally plays at Real Madrid. He wanted to add a few players to the side so they now have Gareth Bale, Aaron Ramsey, Lionel Messi and Ashley Williams. He knows a good player...

His argument for getting an XBox was that he wanted to play FIFA 16, and they have women's teams on it. He's very manipulative as that's the exactly the sort of reason I'd crack and get him one. :-/

My lads still at the age where he thinks he's playing fifa with me just because he's holding the controller. Don't think there's anything wrong with a youngster having an xbox as long as they're not on it all the time.

My 3 year old couldn't care less about football games (or football for that matter) unless I've had the audacity to refuse him something, at which point he'll yell "man united CRAP, Chelsea SICK Arsenal SICK Liverpool SICK". :ffs:

The little bugger.

He get's on the racing games every now and then cos he loves cars and I've got the wheel and pedals. Does my nut in though as he can't reach the pedals so I'm standing there doing the accelerating and braking for him.
