Stunning figures though why are Blackburn & Bolton still getting payments?

So if Hull go up with Burnley, there's £51.8M shared between the Championship clubs? Is that right?

Looking at it th payment most be shared between the other parachute payment clubs.

As Burnley & Norwich have been yo yo clubs for 3 years it looks like the others have got it (I'm probably wrong but can't explain why Blackburn & Bolton still getting payment)

Last 3 seasons
13-14 – Norwich down from PL, Burnley promoted
14-15 – Norwich promoted, Burnley down
15-16 – Norwich down, Burnley promoted

Not saying you're wrong mate but I thought if a PP receiving club are promoted, the remainder of their PP is shared among the remaining Championship clubs. Probably wrong but I would imagine someone on here would know the definitive answer.

I thought that but I also thought payments were for 3 years Blackburn & Bolton went down in the 11/12 season.

I could be wrong but it only logically explanation for the extra year

Love to know where our 10.5m went?

Maybe Conor Coady was a little more expensive than we were letting on :shut:

Payments have always been paid over 4 years. From this/next year, it's over 3 years (though clubs relegated after a single season only get the first two years of payment - ie not only did Norwich mistime getting promoted but also relegation, fucking amateurs*)

*not that it really matters, think we get circa £40m in the first year and ~£33m in the second year which is still quite ridiculous. we just miss out on the third year ~£14m.
