What do you all think of him?

May start reading some of his articles.

He's not always right - but he's usually excellent. His main focus is obviously Brazil, but he knows his stuff about South America, both historically and modern day. If you don't already, it's worth listening to him on 5live's World Football Phone In, which is always available as a podcast.

A real pundit who generally seems to be very knowledgeable and up to speed on the game in South America.

Mostly knows about SA. Dont think he has missed a 5 live world football phone in all these years. Has made some predictions in terms of next SA star or how well a particular player fares in Europe. Seems to overrate some SA players. Nonetheless entertaining and good pundit. I believe he is a Spurs fan.

Really enjoy anything he has to say. Comes across very well, not only seems incredibly knowledgeable on South America but also in being English is very articulate and interesting for us to read, which isn't a common cross over.

Perhaps LIB who clearly also knows about the topic could come back to us in a while and let us know if Tim is as knowledgeable as we think!

Link me to a few articles ;)

I read one about Peru vs Chile and he seemed pretty spot on.

I read his article on Tigres making Libertadores history, and while his prediction was wrong, he did make some good and similar points to me prior to the match. I always though Riverplate would win it personally but Tigres were class the whole tournament where as River only played 1 good game prior to the final against Cruzeiro away.
