Anyone else have time shifted shouts?

I sometimes get shouts that seem to stick at the bottom of the list but a refresh usually corrects that.

Is yours a case of old messages suddenly re-appearing?

It's as you describe, the odd shout being stuck at the bottom. As you say, a refresh sorts it out but it keeps happening.

Probably due to server load. After Euro 2016 we'll be upgrading the server once more so it should resolve.
