Premier League, Brasileirão (not biased) and Liga MX must be my favorites in terms of competition.

Premier League
La Liga
English Championship
Bundesliga
Scottish Premiership

Can't comment on the others as I don't watch them. Used to watch Serie A back in the Nineties when it was the bollocks, but now its just bollocks.

There is literally nothing exciting about the Premier League.

EDIT: I still want us to finally get back there mind.

If competitiveness is a major factor then the Championship shits on the premier league and most other top flight divisions.

I disagree. Look at the last few years in the major European leagues. The Bundesliga(Bayern dominated), La Liga(Barca and Real), Ligue 1(PSG), Belgian Pro League(Anderlecht), Serie A(Juventus).

We haven't had a back to back Premier League winner since the 07-08 and 08-09 seasons. Every team at this level is capable of beating another as this season proves. The smaller teams might not have a chance at winning the league, but they are capable of turning any of the major teams over. Not one of the big boys look particularly good at the moment, especially on their own patch. In previous years, the Emirates, Old Trafford, The Etihad and especially Stamford Bridge were never places teams went to and even dreamed of getting results. Now, teams are almost disappointed when they lose there.

In terms of quality levels, its way behind the Bundesliga and La Liga, but in terms of competitiveness, its the most level its been in years. I think it's very exciting and I'm not even a huge fan of this money bags league.

I'd argue quality wise, bar Bayern, the PL is far ahead of the Bundesliga.
