Big game for Sissoko, Swansea could be a poor enough team for him to look good today.

Finished goalless and the scoreline does justice to the game. Just like against Dortmund, Pochettino started with a back three and I still don't think it's doing them service. Delle Alli was back for this one and Poch inextricably decided to put Son as a wing-back! Possibly one of the most technically gifted players in the league had to as much defending/repositionning as attacking. Ridiculous.
But putting Son doesn't mean Spurs had to automatically play this bad. I don't know if it's the Wembley effect but Spurs are lacking ideas and envy. 2 of the 3 goals scored Wednesday were due to poor goalkeeping by Bürki imo and they offered just as little yesterday. The creative players (I'm looking at you, Eriksen) need to take responsability and ensure chances are created.

Saying this, Paul Clement is doing an outstanding job at Swansea and they're not as easy to beat as they sound.

Tottenham were bang average.

Wembley is destroying them. If they were at the Lane they would be brushing these teams aside I'm convinced of that, but why is it they cannot adapt? What is the problem? Why is there a mental blockage?

They've missed the boat. The meal ticket of a life time. No question about that...
