At half time, me wolfbagging was looking much more likely than us bagging.

I'd have rather spent the first half in bed with you that watch that filth we served up.

Typical. If you cant buy a win then play us.

How many times is that?.......... Bring on the clear out.

The boys will go again

The lads have worked hard in training

Ben Williamson is exactly the sort of striker I want, he's essential to my plans

Away ground is a famously difficult place to come

Richard Duffy gave it his all today

1 win in your last 13 at our place I reckon. You had all your fun with that 5-0 fucker.

I can only recall 1 draw in that time as well, a 2-2 towards the end of our promotion season. Can't think of any away ground we've played regularly with a worse record.

That 5-0 game was unreal. Probably up there with one of the best performances I've seen from a Vale team. Also considering you were in the play offs at the time and we were upper mid table I believe.

We were absolutely shite that season. Two players still playing today and your manager too who was absolutely dire for us.

Sam Morsy an unused sub that day! I went home crying at 4-0 and saw or heard the fifth go in from behind the corner at Cross Street.

I'd never seen us score at Saltergate in about four visits before the 5-0 (last win before that was the day of Hillsborough!)

We were superb that day with Rico and Craig Davies.

As for today the highlights paint a picture of some missed chances and some X rated defending. Duffy was poor last year (had personal problems apparently) but seemed like back to his best until the last few weeks going back to the poor Duffy.

Alnwick seems to have gone crap lately too since Neal has left.
