Saw this earlier today. He is out of contract but you'd think we'd be looking to sign him up ASAP. Apparently Rangers might be willing to offer him a longer term deal. I'd be surprised [and disappointed] if we don't make him an offer which reflects his form with us last season and his role in our promotion.

It also got me questioning, are Rangers a better proposition than we are now we've been promoted?

Sounds like he has a choice to make then - take it easy up in Scotland or see if he can still play at this level. Going off his last few times in the top flight, I'm not so sure he can do it. Might be someone like Cameron Jerome, great in the Championship but not good enough up here
