There was someone on this very forum who said Skrtel is a better defender than Lovren, I think I'm a better judge of a player than whomever that person was. :p
He is. Just you wait for probably less than a month so I can make my Euro compilation video and show you how good he is.

You didn't watch him fuck up week in week out for nine years Epic. You could do a compilation of all the own goals he scored, which were quite a few! :D

Why don't Arsenal play to Ramseys strengths? It's like every player you have you'll find a way of limiting what they can do on a pitch.

Always said to play Ramsey in the middle, leave pace out on the wings with the Ox and Theo (if he stops wanting to play up front) Mustafi will be a good buy for Arsenal, Mertesacker did all our fans a favour by getting injured for 5 months

Westham in for Andre Ayew now. Easy choice for Ayew really. Only problem will be whether West Ham can match the figure set by Swansea.

Baba Rahman to Schalke on loan and Santiago Arias to replace him at Chelsea.

PSV fans rate Arias very highly, never seen him play before but doesn't even have to have any skills to be better than Ivanovic.

West Brom in for £16m on Sakho. I'd happily sell for that, on his day he's really good but the fitness issues across the last two seasons are a concern. If we could get Ayew for the Sakho money plus £4m, would be happy with that.

Chronic lack of resources at fullback though. Was hoping Antonio was going to be pushed further forward back in his natural and best position, but likely that's going to be curtailed.

Leroy Sané from Schalke 04 for 50m € to ManCity.(that's nearly 42m brit.pound)

Sorry to hear this. The transfer fee is insane but who am I to complain. He made only 47 Bundesliga Matches for Schalke (and a few caps in the National team as a sub) and is already the most expensive player of the German National team.
This isn't a good trend.

Ash to Everton for £10m:( :(:(:(
If the ex board think they can just gonna be left to run their local businesses throughout the local area in peace whilst being at fault for our demise they got another thing coming.

While he is a Swansea legend, he was wank last season.

What's going on at Swansea? Have you actually signed anyone?

I reckon we'll see the best of him again this year. His best season with us by far was when he partnered Arteta who gave Ramsey a lot more freedom to roam around the pitch as Arteta could control the game whilst being our defensive midfielder. When Ramsey played with Coquelin Ramsey was required to drop back much more and set the tempo of the game which really isn't his strength. Elneny is is similar player to Ramsey, and obviously Wilshere is always injured. Xhaka is almost certain to be a starter for us and is much more in the mould of Arteta, so I'm hopeful we'll see the best of him again this year.

Liandro Martis who previously had a trial at Tranmere Rovers and Oldham Athletic is on trial at Manchester United.

The BBC have it as £37m. Although I suspect that's without add ons.
A talented 20 year old for that price is good business. Even if he doesn't work out, City won't lose out on the fee in years to come.

This is a win win.

If Sané can't make it in Manchester and they trade him again in a few years then maybe City won't get the sum they invested back. See Mario Götze who came as a 21year old for 37m Euro to Bayern just with Pep Guardiola. He couldn't establish himself under Pep (especially after the World Cup) in their 3 years stint at Bayern and was traded back to Dortmund for only 26m Euro. A loss of nearly 30percent in transfer sum.

But Leroy has a big advantage: Pep Guardiola wanted him other than Götze (he was bought without Pep's approval)

I can't see the image only a "placeholder".

Julian Draxler tells German newspaper Bild he wants to leave Wolfsburg: "They promised me that I can leave when I have the opportunity."
Whoever sings Draxler (probably Arsenal) will have one very good player in their hands.

Swansea have turned down a £10m bid from Everton for Ashley Williams. Sounds to me like they have given Everton permission to talk to Williams and a few just needs to be agreed now. Don't blame Swansea turning that down, Stones is off to City for £50m according to the papers so they'll want a bit more.

Another rumour is Chelsea will offer £65m plus Loic Remy for Lukaku. I'd take that all day long, but don't believe it as player swaps very rarely happen

I'd take that without the £65m!

£65m for Lukaku is fucking comical. Clubs on the continent must be pissing themselves at how poorly English clubs spend their money.
