Mullin in the Championship? Nope. Not having it. Absolute madness.

If Mullin were to join Forest it would create a space in the Wrecsam squad for Norwood. Those two weren’t supposed to work as a pairing up front at Rovers, though we saw little of them in action together.
Norwood is one I can definitely see happening, regardless what happens with Mullin. And it would be fucking frightening too

he was going there until we flashed to Oil Money
was coming to Bolton until a team who get 1/4 of the turn over and are Two leagues below us on a good season tempted him with treble wages

Would love to see a front pairing of Mullin and Norwood...
But it is probably one or the other..

We're being linked with Joe Pigott.

Latest on the RP rumour mill, we've had a bid accepted for Alex Woodyard (that one seems to have come from multiple sources) and we've been making bids for Rubin Rodrigues. I could see the latter being true, but I can't see Notts County selling him to us.

He’s got a release clause, but we don’t know what (other than it’s ‘healthy’). I doubt we’d even talk to you about anything lower.

We'll probably pay it then he'll get injured.

He’s clearly moving on from here in the summer at the latest, but I’d be amazed if it was to you considering the clubs looking at him. Stranger things have happened, though. January is going to be a bit of a nightmare for us with him and Wootton.

I think we'll be throwing a ton of money about in January, there's little doubt about that after what Ryan and Rob said (basically that they'd be willing to fund any promotion push), I just can't see any clubs towards the top end of the table selling players to us at this point in the season.

That being said, Wimbledon letting their captain come to us would be a bit of a weird one mid way through the season either so I'm not sure I can really get too excited about that one yet. He is out of contract in the summer, but what could we realistically offer them that would make the deal worth risking relegation from their point of view?

Woodyard at least makes sense for you from what I know about your team and what you need. Ruben is obviously brilliant but can’t really see where he would fit into your team at all - Wootton would be more logical from that side.

I heard the Rodrigues one at the Yeovil game.

Honestly, after tempting Mullin and Tozer down here in the summer I don't dismiss any links as totally out of the question.

Ironically I think it would be easier for us to sign the likes of Lowrey or Woodyard then players like Rodrigues or Tshimanga though.

Completely agree, I think Woodyard and Pigott improve our side tenfolds as they are just the sort of players we need. Ruben would no doubt improve us, just as he'd improve pretty much any side down here, but not to the extent of players who could fill our glaringly obvious gaps.

We will be linked with loads of players through December as everyone knows we have money and will be signing players.
Neogiatiations will be done behind closed doors and then the player will be announced as signed.
Because we cannot sign players at any other time I expect January to be busy

Woodyard and Pigott, both ex-Blues.

Alex came through our academy and Joe is an icon here after the last second equaliser in the play-off final versus Wycombe.

Both would be good solid signings at this level, one would think.

Joe isn't Wimbledon's captain, he signed for Ipswich on a free in July of this year.
