Not sure what your referring to there mate. Dan Bradley signed a 2 year contract with us at the end of the 2014/15 season.

Does it specifically say Styche at Kiddy? If not that could be referring to Dan Bradley at Alfreton as his contract with us runs out at the end of this season?

The rumour mill or rather non rumour mill has been in full force lately. Still waiting for this said midfielder to sign that allegedly should have been announced today. Will wait and see if that or any other bits of business happen before Saturday's game, I think we will certainly add at least 2 or 3 over the next few days/weeks. It's quite a novelty actually offering money to clubs for players.

Will do nothing for 80 minutes, your fans will get frustrated because he is so lazy but he'll pop up out of nowhere and get a goal.
He was slated while he was here but ultimately kept us up the past two seasons and we're really missing his goals this season. Would be a good signing.

Based on what I saw I wasn't convinced that he was what we needed, so I wasn't too bothered that he left at the end of his loan spell, I would far rather we reverted to 442 with Parkin and Guthrie up front. With the set up that we had with Williams in the team we were far too laboured and ponderous in our approach, the last two victories were secured after a tactical change to increase our pace. Mind you, given your current predicament, if you could get him on loan then it might be worth a try. Have a look at him and see how it goes.

Williams looked great for Shots against us last season, which made a lot of our fans think he'd be a great signing. Going on what fans of his previous clubs have said though, it appears he's got a bit of an attitude problem and only turns up for the big or televised games.

For us he hasn't done much, he's definitely not a right winger and when he has played through the middle he hasn't looked better then what we've got.

On Akinola I wonder if the offer Braintree rejected might have been another one from us. We were after him before so ou never know.

Imagine Blissett is more likely than Williams, considering we are unable to pay much in terms of wages (and I doubt Stevenage would loan out for free..).

Saying that, we have cleared Spiess, Fisher, Hurst, Heslop, Fenwick, Lavercombe (and possibly others - I can't remember) off the books in recent weeks so we should have some wages freed up. We need something - we cannot be relying on Shaun Finch to be a regular fixture in our side if we are to stay up.

Seems I was right, according to the NLP we've had 2 offers for him rejected by Braintree, who will want 6 figures. Not sure we really want to be paying another 6 figure fee for a player, seems a bit excessive given we've apparently reduced our playing budget.
