We've signed Felix Passlack from Dortmund on a season long loan. Was on loan at Hoffenheim last season but struggled to get regular games in their first team.

Moses Odubajo training with the club this week, would love to have him back, could do with another right back, and would give us more depth on the wings, especially as the likes of Jozefzoon will likely leave.

Weimann is 10x times better as a striker than as a winger. I think LJ has pulled off a cracker here.

Decent replacement for Reid but don't fancy him to get close to his numbers.

Reid score 19?

I think he'll surprise a few. Whenever Weimann has had a downturn in his career it is because he has been played out of position. He openly said this himself. When we played him as a number 10 he was great, and played a big part in is scraping away from the relegation zone. He has pace to burn aswell.

Forest doing decent business. Can't see you being entertaining but bloody functional much like Karanka's Boro and relying on Grabbans goals. Better than it has been for a while down there.

We've signed quite a lot of 'flair' for the space behind Grabban so maybe more exciting than it seems. A lot hinges on the new Portuguese lads to be honest - no one has the foggiest if they're any good

I think Weimann is a cracking signing, if played up front should get 15 goals easy

Sounds like 5m for Grabban, just a case of finalising personal terms :)

you coming down for the opening day? Going to be two completely new look sides.

Want another striker but I've always liked Weimann tbh so I'm happy with the signing.

Need a quality CM now, McGinn from Hibs I'd like us to have a look at. Our most important signing of the summer will be if we manage to tie Pack down to a new deal also.

McGinn will end up at the IRA sympathisers.

Wouldn't surprise me. Mcgeouch is meant to be a good player as well but he's joined Jack Ross at Sunderland so can't be all that. I thought they'd be poaching some of the best players in this division with their new owners and going for back-to-back promotions, not signing Chris Maguire, Reece James and the like.

A lot of £ but for a striker who scored 20 last season, not the worst deal ever.

I think LJ has brought Weimann in for his energy and pace, that’s the style we played last season and I think Johnson wants to pursue with it.

I think Weimann will suit our style perfectly. This time last year we never thought Bobby Reid was a striker!

Pretty good when those 20 goals came off only 28 starts, and a lot of those goals in a terrible team.

For that price, yeah, we don't need someone to play week in, week out, just an option to put himself about when 'plan A' isn't working.

I'd be surprised if we're in for him though.

Most Town fans would be quite open to seeing Garner move on.

Spends far too much time on his backside and doesn't really fit into Hursts new methodology.

I’m happy with our transfer business so far, time will tell whether or not we will miss flint, Reid and potentially Bryan but we’ve bought 4 decent players now at this level and barely touched the 17 mil we’ve already earnt from sales.

Really happy with the weiman transfer, at 2 mil that’s a bargain imo.. hopefully we will see him get back to his villa form in his favoured position.

Flint was 6 with nearly 2 going to Swindon
Reid was 5 or 6 the rest was made up of add ons
Flint has been reported everywhere as 7, Reid has been reported everywhere at 10, upfront.

But CharlieAdamno1fan knows best.
