If/when Bolasie goes to Spurs, Adomah could be a direct replacement there.

Always thought Adomah was far superior to Bolasie based on what I seen when they were both here, and Adomah would thrive in the PL. He'd do well.
On his day, Bolasie is Premier Leage quality. He wasn't great for us, but we were at a turbulent time with managers who weren't very good, and so nobody noticed his potential (apart from my mate, who actually said he would be a BPL player) , and he got sold on. Not sure where all the hate is coming from: he had a strong end to last season and hasn't played this season due to the death of his father. We are yet to see whether he can carry on his form from last season, nobody jump the gun yet, I expect he will do well once he recovers from the death of his father.

Bristol fans are hilarious. It's literally never ever happening. It's not even in the category of a '99.9% likely to be rumour' type thing.
Many Media outlets and Journalists reporting it this morning.

Adomah hasn't travelled with the squad to Burton. Nixon replied to a question about Adomah from one of our fans saying 'Bristol City want Adomah, to the displeasure of Middlesbrough'.

If he did come here (which is still massively unlikely, I acknowledge), I can't see where he'd fit in although, unless the plan is to change formation, which would make sense.

Edit: Here's what Nixon said on it earlier today...

It doesn't really make sense at all does it, but I'd be open to him coming here again.

And for less than £5m, in today's market that ain't all bad.

"Less than that"
"Seems keen on Bristol City"

How the fuck would he know. Clearly just guesswork.

To be fair to him, he got the Gray and Gayle deals spot on regarding personal terms, but he's more often than not been un-reliable.

I don't think it's that surprising, aren't Middlesbrough after Antonio? And they've already signed Downing too.

Not sure a Prem club would be interested in Adomah, his end product isn't that good (particularly assists record)

Adomah refused to meet the board of directors today as he believes there is very little to talk about.

According to Boro forum and sources up there, Karanka flew off the handle in the dressing room after the game because of Adomah 'celebrating' with the City fans after the game, it brought forward an argument and Karanka told him he was 'easily replaceable'. They reckon that Adomah has said that he loves Boro, but won't work under Karanka anymore. Not such a harmonious dressing room as was suggested back in the summer then it seems.

Still, I don't think Cotterill would go for Adomah, but it's pretty clear to me his future doesn't lye at Middlesbrough.

Can believe Adomah wanting to leave Boro, can't believe him coming here. Being honest I don't even think we'd make a move for him as he doesn't fit our system, if we were going to change from 532 we'd have done it over pre season. The ONLY way I could see us trying to get Albert would be to make the fans happy after the summer we've had transfer wise.

Haller is being linked again. Would be amazed if it went through, but he seems to be exactly the type of player we need.

Forshaw also being linked, this time on a permanent deal. Not sure about this one. One of my favourite players, but the way he left left a real bad taste in the mouth. Think he could be what we need, but doubt it will happen.

Boro apparently willing to sell to finance a deal for Antonio.

To be fair Nixon has been fairly accurate with our stuff so far.

Well most of it. Didn't think we could sign Wood.

I have no doubts we're interested in Pritchard, but I don't know how realistic it is. I imagine there's a few Premier League clubs willing to chase that loan deal.

If I was the Spurs boss, I don't think I'd even entertain the thought of him going on loan to a Championship club until the loan window. He was one of the best players in the league last season, undoubtedly. He was different class against us for Brentford last season.

Yeah he's already proven in the Championship so don't see why Spurs would waste a season having him play in the champ again. A loan somewhere in the Prem like Norwich or Bournemouth would be best for him imo.
