The window won't close anyway, not completely. It's only Prem to Prem club transfers that won't be allowed. You can still do business with clubs and players in other countries.

Club A sell player to club B who are abroad/in the championship. Club B then loan player to club C who are in the premiership for a year before completing transfer which was same cost as a year before.

Looks like clubs will agree to close the transfer window earlier before the season starts.

All very well so long as they are prepared to lose players to overseas clubs/have players linked to them without being able to replace them.
