Now the window has been opened to let some air in.

We need cover at full back comfortable left or right. Two midfielders, a winger and a more potent striker.

What about you? Where do you think you need strengthening?!

How much have you seen of him?

I've only seen the YouTube clips myself, but he looks physical, comfortable on the ball an can initiate attacks from the back. Under Mou's tutelage - who also has a good eye for defenders, I think he very possibly can become of the mould of Big Rio™.

This is admittedly all based on very limited exposure to him, though. Also needs to improve a lot aerially to be able to deal with pl long ball showers.
