Potentially some trouble for us if this is true:

Looks like we might in a bit of bother over a fake letter from when the Pozzos took over regarding funds.

Strange thing is as a family they are minted so this seems odd that they would make stuff up.

If it's the EFL that are investigations surely no points deductions can be enforced simply because we are no longer in the league. It would have to just be a fine.

Very odd though, seems like such a stupid thing to do especially with the money the family have and how long they have been involved in football.

Well that's escalated quickly. Doesn't reflect well on the football league if there was something underhand involved.

Presume that is due to the potential fraud of the faked letter?

It seems the Pozzos had no idea about the letter themselves but our chairman at the time Mr Riva might have used a 3rd party to help with the take-over..
