Didn't lay a glove on Birmingham tonight. Routine win for them. When they bring on Luke Harris and leave Dikes on the bench you know you are outclassed. Even so, our lack of attacking threat is a massive concern. Looking down not up now.

Another frustrating one by the sounds of it. Numbers wise up front we're fine but as I said on Saturday, it lacks a bit of consistent quality, albeit there was no House tonight. We probably need a slight tweak up there in January and move a couple out on loan to, in theory, bring one with more quality in.

Been a difficult last four games, we've definitely deserved more than the two points we've picked up. Small margins and all that.
Rumour our end we are going back in for Draper in January would you let him go now do you think?

You’ve got that wrong big time mate, we are just toothless upfront at the minute. We started and finished pressing high trying to put you under pressure like your commo guys said early on. we just haven’t got much going for us offensively at the minute, it was both sides cancelling each other out not one setting up for a draw.

Clough never sets up for a draw pre-match, not his style at all, just isn’t how we play, in the modern game you don’t start with two strikers if you want a draw!

As you wish, but your attacks were on the counter and you didn’t look like you were going for it offensively for most of the game, though there was a 10-15 minute spell in the second half where you had us well penned into our own half.

You fucked up the best chance of the entire game in that spell, dunno who spooned that sitter but that was key.

Anyway. Fair play, good away support on a Tuesday night, we wouldn’t bring that number to Field Mill.

Narrow loss against Huddersfield in the end, as I expected they had too much fire power and experience which meant they got over the line, despite a mad ten mins second half when they missed 3 guilt edged chances from mistakes we made as well as Koroma missing a penalty.

Frustrating for us, we're very much in the game and we let one in from a set play and the second goal our keeper makes a mistake from the overplaying we do - a minute earlier Brandon Coopers header goes narrowly over for 1-1, so tight margins. But as I keep going on, we don't really have the firepower especially against the better sides, if we don't get the first goal we struggle a bit.

Had to play the last 20mins with ten men after using all our subs as Jordan Graham went off injured, with the same injury which kept him out last season, huge blow for us and for him because he will almost certainly now not play for us again and we're light again with attacking options.

4 of our next 5 home games are against 4 of the bottom 5 teams.............with us being in the bottom 5 ourselves, that shows you just how important the next 6 weeks are for us.

Two Awful teams, Awful officials...........Micky mouse Stadium no wonder i dont attend away games any more that was dire
The referee had a shocker for both teams. He was buying everything from both players and lost control second half.

The only thing he got right was the red card. If we keep 11 players on the pitch we win that game.

That probably says more about Wycombe than Mansfield, like I say it’s just not how we play at all. We really could say the same about you because Pym had absolutely nothing to do for the entire second half in goal!

Yeah great turn out, our away support is superb but even I did not expect that number.

Agreed, we played well last night with the exception of Jubril’s red mist moment. Bolton were awful, way worse than we have seen previously.

No you never win that game. It was a game like Blackpool Saturday we are dire in the first 45 then grow second half we was on top when the sending off happened. Johnston is a hard player but fair........I did not like his reaction last night but your man was plain stupid
You going down to 10 men and we went back to playing like we did in the first half.
Morrison was refereeing the game from that point on and we just went into panic mode with your long ball tactics.
If that is playing well you must watch some shite each week.
We currently are awful all down to Evatt and his one system way of playing.....We have been like that all season
3m plus of signings since January last year and we have regressed.
A decent manager coming in will get us a top 6 finish easy, keep Evatt it will be midtable and another year in this shite league, with shite dark art teams who only spoil games from the start.
Yes that includes Cambridge who had a player booked first half at 0-0 for timewasting............Tinpot

Exeter 0-2 Blues

A much needed win if only to stop blues fans wetting the bed. A controlled performance, kept Exeter at arms length for the most part, same issues still remain of not being clinical, slight shift in personnel with May back to the 9 and stanno playing wide. All in all a good nights work and a new ground ticked off.

A much needed 3 points and we go again Sunday to Blackpool in the cup, we seem to be playing away every week.

A solid 1-0 win, albeit a very well drilled Lincoln side who couldn't finish in a brothel with a tenner stuck to their dicks. Very poor from a club chasing the play offs. Sort that issue, then they are a solid mid range PO team quite happily.

Chuffed we got another clean sheet and our home form is absolutely incredible. 8 wins from 9 home games (credit to Huddersfield for getting a point), but still our away performances lack which will prevent us from going up autos as things stand. A lot of games to go and loads of twists and turns to come, i'm sure.

The stats say they should be about 15th.

Fair play to Parky mind, he's rigged the 200 year system where by you need to actually play well to win football matches on a consistent basis. He doesn't bother with any of that stuff.

Another big money striker to try and replace Mullin in January. Fifth time lucky.

Well, if Morrison was refereeing the game i suspect he would have given the pen when he had that massive shirt pull back at the corner, your players were more handsy than a sixteen year old at his first mixed disco and got away with so much.
Njoku was booked first half for kicking the ball away to stop a quick throw in, which is gamesmanship (deserved a booking) but calling it time wasting is stupid - it’s effectively a tactical foul to prevent a fast break.
Your lot looked poor for most of the game apart from fifteen minutes after the sending off while we re-grouped. So many mis-placed passes and poorly timed runs.
Last ten minutes we were all over you - only one team was winning that at the death, and it wasn’t Wanderers…

Say what you want about our stadium and our tactics but we still comfortably had the better chances throughout the 90, even with 10 men on the pitch we still created the better chances.

Njoku got booked for stopping you taking a quick throw, 100% the right thing to do and hardly tinpot but I’ll tell you what is tinpot, Johnston going like he’d been shot to get okedina sent off(absolute stupidity from okedina) the dark arts you mention seemed to be coming from more your end than ours, Thomason constantly in the refs ear and for me could have gone for constantly giving fouls away.

You seem to have finally realised that the problem is evatt but take the blinkers off and see the game for how it was.

UIE.

We actually can't tbh. Until we start playing teams who actually know how to finish. Mansfield and Lincoln should have both had a couple yet both couldn't hack the pressure of breaching the Racecourse defences.

Best defence in the league with mainly a backline who were playing Vauxhall Conference football with us. After next Tuesday we will have played everyone in the top half as well and we've only played one good team in Birmingham. People are quite right to complain about the state of football these days when Old Man Parky can dominate like this.

No problem with how you viewed the game....Yes another day you get a penalty but you were playing the dark arts from early on

Sheehan booking - dark arts as we were breaking on you. The right wing back booking, again dark arts as Brophy was breaking on you. I guess you could call those time wasting too?

The referee and your dark arts woke the crowd up and that’s what got us going again on the pitch. It was a stonewall penalty the referee missed and in a game 11 v 11 I’m in no doubt we win that game.

On our Mickey Mouse stadium, give me that over a soulless bowl every day of the week and twice on a Sunday. Planning will be submitted in 2025 to modernise it to a 12,000 capacity, more seating, more hospitality. Cambridge is the fasted growing city outside of London and with the government pledging to invest further in the city, the owners know we have a massive opportunity to grow the fan base over the next 10-20 years.

Sheehan has no need to feign a foul he gets enough kickings every week. ....There was no crowd to wake up one end behind the goal had about 50 people in it
Save yourself the trouble do not expand....So Cambridge is growing faster than Manchester ok. It was a tenner for the city tax dodgers last night and that flopped
As bad as we was. We had over 70 % possession and you only had two spells where you offered anything., the first 5mins and the last 5
I have time for Cambridge especially when Bonner was in charge but sooner we get out of this league and manager the better

More atmosphere from 5000 last night than 15,000 and a soulless bowl where season tickets are given away on BOGOF. You don’t do away games so I don’t expect you to have got that from your armchair.

£10m being pumped into Cambridge from the latest budget to realise its full potential.

The only thing being pumped into Bolton is from the likes of home bargains and B&M.

Dont go there, been 70 odd grounds and Europe .......Soulless bowl ok. Every chance Towns and Cities down south will get that extra funding from Successive corrupt Governments
Surely 10m wont scratch the surface
PS Home Bargains and B&M bargains are Billion pound companies and are Scouse based

Pep Guardiola has tricked the whole world into thinking there's one way of playing football. Parky's just kept doing his thing and is innocent of any wrongdoing.

If anything, it plays into our hands.

it’s a dreadful atmosphere in a stadium on a retail park. Reminds me of MK dons/Colchester.

You’re in a tinpot league because the running of your club has been tinpot. You are where you deserve to be and with your current set up, recruitment, manager etc you won’t be getting out of this league anytime soon.

We may go down this year, we may have a Mickey Mouse stadium to fans like Bolton but we are a thriving city, have solid owners who are investing in the football club for the future.

Bought our stadium back for £4.5m
New training ground for £3.5m
Planning going in for a new stadium which sounds like it’s actually going to happen.

Far from Mickey Mouse or tinpot but crack on with your agenda because the galactico’s of league one couldn’t beat tinpot 10 men Cambridge United.

Not hard. We haven't got any. There are, however, three lads from Wrexham in the Wales squad although only Danny Ward was ever with us.

How i wish to Stand in a open end with no cover in the rain in November.....As fans we have no say in how a club is run and yes it was run badly for awhile by a over ambitious owner who ironically we owed millions too when we went into administration. Yes you live in a beautiful part of the world but there are parts of Bolton/Rivington etc which are as stunning as anything Cambridge has, though i doubt you have places as run down as parts of Bolton
As for Atmosphere stop bluffing Abbey stadium has never had it. I want out of this league only because the football top and bottom is shite and is not enjoyable to watch
Games like last night are dire to watch
