A guaranteed spot at the Euros for one of the 16 lowest ranked teams? How ridiculous.

Easy to manipulate, too. Will we get teams towards the lower end of their group throwing games in order to drop their world ranking and get an easier qualifying group? Who the fuck came up with this?

Euro 2016 was dire enough, we don't need the addition of Lithuania or whichever team flukes their way through from the bottom 16.
